I asked why since it made things convenient. She said the manager got mad at her when she did it previously. They wanted to know what size tank I was filling first. I pointed at 15lb tanks on the wall behind her to let her know of size. She asked the manager, Robert, but he said they need to fill first. The change in policy is no longer convenient. If I have to go into the store multiple times to just have a propane tank refilled, then I will take my business elsewhere. Everywhere else you pay first and they refill and then you are on your way. Lowe's, Academy and other sites are now more convenient. I would go by to help out the local hardware but now I will just go to the big chain stores since this policy has changed.

Today I called in an order and spoke with Jonathon. He seemed to be inconvenienced from the start. When I asked him to confirm the paint I was wanting to purchase he said he did not think so. I told Jonathon I would like to pay for the order as someone else was picking up the paint. He said I could not do that. I asked him to clarify what he was saying.
