Worst customer service ever. Waited 10 minutes at the counter while being proactively IGNORED by the staff. They looked at me but neither said hello nor acknowledged my existence. After 10min someone said "be right with you" only to proceed with the same treatment. Very unprofessional and rude. Will take my business elsewhere. Seems like they have enough customers that put up with this behavior. read more

The customer service here is what made my experience amazing! I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped me bc I'd love to give him a shout out on this review. I came to pick out paint for our daughter's room. I had decided on a color but not the type of paint. That's when a worker came over and discussed the levels of paint with me. (For our son's room we had gotten a paint from Home Depot and it's already coming off in places... this time around we're going with a better quality paint from Sherwin Williams!) The sticker shock on the paint was crazy. $38-$75 per gallon! Yikes! I wasn't painting the Taj Mahal... LUCKILY there was a 30% off sale. (I literally didn't see any banners or advertisements so that was a pleasant surprise!) We ended up going with their Emerald paint. $75/gallon but with 30% off made it a bit more reasonable. Haven't put it up on the walls yet but will update the review once we do! read more

Sherwin loses another star for dropping the ball yet again. When someone from the company responded to my first review, I did what was asked and called customer service to explain what happened. I am still hoping it can be a teaching tool as perhaps the store went rogue and are not supposed to be locking their doors earlier than posted closing time, or, be made aware that this could potentially be costing them quite a bit of business as two people tried to get in on a Wednesday between 5:45 and 6 pm. I was transferred to an area manage and got voicemail (okay, people are busy, that's understandable). I left the message, a detailed one, with a callback number of my cell. It has been more than 24 hours and has someone contacted me back? Nope. That's still not good customer service. Had y'all left it alone it would still be 3 stars instead of two. I might be a Benjamin Moore consumer going forward. read more

Stopped by since this store is the closest one to a remodeling project I am currently managing. Customer service was good, and I was able to get color sample in less than 15 minutes which is a great thing - I love to save time because I am on the go. I always get paint samples and do a swatch on a wall for customer approval before buying a 5 gallon bucket. Luckily customer loved color and all I had to do was to call back to store and stop by pay and paint was ready when I got there. Quick tip - always buy paint at same store since all color mix machines are calibrated differently at every store. read more

The quality of this paint just can't be beat. We initially had purchased pain in Home Depot, painted one room and then realized that we weren't feeling the quality. We had never shopped at Sherwin Williams but stopped by to check out their selection. So glad we did! We purchased our perfect gray from here and man, can you tell the difference between cheap paint and this. I would say it's definitely worth the price. read more

We had a wonderful experience on a Friday morning! I wish we got the young man's name! The employee greeted us and asked if we needed any help. He was knowledgeable with the products and gave helpful recommendations. We usually go to Home Depot for our paint, but will definitely be back at this location, thanks to his wonderful customer service! read more

Wow ! I can not believe how RUDE Katie is at this store! I have been here twice and both times seems bothered by me needing help. I hope I never need anymore paint from here. Had a great experience here. Amanda took care of us and answered our questions. Other staff were helpful, and told us about the sale going on! Very nice inside, and love their color selections. My husband and I will be back for our paint project once we pick our colors! read more
