Maybe it was just a bad day or it was Friday! The employees behind the desk seem to be very slow…read moremoving or concerned about the customers standing in line! The manager was carrying a long winded conversation about a filter that should have been cut short to handle the people in line! Then to top it off they didn't have pair ready as promised! I was in the store at 8am and paid for the paint. Told them I would pick it up in an hour to help them with taking care of the other customers, they said it would be ready in 39 minutes! Came back 5 hours later at 1 pm and they never mixed the paint! Unacceptable to wait again!

When the TSC in Richmond closed to move to their new location, I was troubled. I prefer to get my…read moreassorted supplies from TSC, because I know there are good people who do their best to make sure the store runs smoothly. When this branch opened in Wharton, I thought they would never be able to compete with the much larger store in Richmond/Rosenberg. Boy, was I glad to be wrong! Since the store has opened, I think I may have *not* been there every weekend, but it sure seems that way! We know the staff who usually work on the times we are there, and it brings the whole reason we moved to a small town back. I know these people. They know me. It's a wonderful thing. While I'm sure the sheer square footage of the store is less than it's larger version, I have always been able to find what I need and in the quantities that I need it. They keep the basics in stock year-round, and many of the specialty items, as well. Whether I'm buying poultry supplies or something for the pets, they will have what I need and the quantities I have come to expect. Great store, great people, and a great layout. What else can I say? I'm a huge fan!
