Miscommunication and inept statements led to a huge delivery debacle, e.g., not certified to install a "gas" stove, not able to install wall A/C units, scheduled delivery time was set for after lunch, arrival time at 5:00 p.m., and lastly, not able to deliver appliances to a 2nd story home. TOTAL waste of time! Spoke with one of the Owner's a few days later, he offered to install the wall A/C units himself and pay me for lost wages.
