Bought a multi position wall mount for a large tv. They have quality mounts for a great price. Bought one for our bedroom just like the one I purchased today and it has worked fine all these years. I don't Harbor any resentment towards this place, but I'm a-Freight that some of the people that shop here are Tools. I think they're a pretty good tool place, and they have good prices and good deals, and most importantly, good quality stuff that is more than likely not going to break on you. Definitely better quality than most of what Walmart is selling, and that's one of the things I appreciate about them. Their coupons are some of the best things about this place... you can save a lot of money. So overall a good job and a good choice for tools, and while this location isn't as good as some of the others, they're still worth a visit. read more

I always find what I needed, and unfortunately I find and get great things I didn't need but wanted.

Service was horrible I asked the guy on the front for assistance and he called customer service, went back and waited for about 7 minutes and no one came. Workers were just talking and I just ended up leaving. Tools options are great as well with the prices. I just don't recommend the service they give out. read more

"Well. It's Fourth of July. Where did my husband go?" If that's your wife asking, she should be looking for you at Harbor Freight Tools store on Beechnut and SW Freeway. It has lots of tools for all kinds of chores. Wall to wall merchandise filled up the aisles ends. I used to stay away from this store because the closest one was 20 minutes away in Missouri City. I don't like the drive. However, I love the advertisement stuffed in the coupon circulars. Buy anything and get a free gift. I always wonder how they can keep giving away those 20% off coupons. I just had to step into the store to check them out. You see, there are 3 types of price tags. Orange is for ITC members. You pay $90 for the Intruck Club and get over $900 worth of coupons. Yellow tags are limited time and limited stock on hand items. It's like buy them or lose them. Finally, blue tags are currently on advertisement. After reading reviews from other stores my husband and I shop at.....I'm so glad they opened up a new harbor freight in my neighborhood. 8150 Beechnut by churches fried chicken right behind brewingz . Management is great. Sometimes they do take long pulling an item from the back but I understand it's a new store and they are probably still learning. They are smart enough to look up item in Computer to first see the quantity they have in store before going back there to look for something that is not there... Been through that at other stores...15 Minutes to come back and tell me they don't have it...8150 Beechnut is great..no errors thus far..some employees aren't knowledgeable but they have great communication that they will find another employee that does...great team work...I love my Beechnut store...always well stocked if not they take the time to look on computer and give you the closest store that does have it in stock...they recommend you call them first...they give you address..phone and item # so they can look it up...great staff...they are also bilingual and have employees that speak Spanish and Vietnamese...even when they don't look like they speak Spanish they understand at least the numbers when they ask you for your phone number...and you respond in spanish one number at a time... read more

Called due to a faulty product ( iPhone charger blows fuse or whatever vehicle I plug it into ) & was told no exchanges or returns unless I can show the paper receipt. When I asked them why I needed a paper receipt when my complete purchase history was linked to my phone number I was told " because we're not responsible for your finances". When I asked the associate for her name I told " my name is mine of your business". Unbelievable, SMH. read more

I went in today to buy some tools and everything was going well. I paid for my stuff and when I got to the car I realized I had a coupon. I went back to the store to see if there's any way to use the coupon so I asked to speak to the manager. I was so shocked when the manager Zach treated us badly. Not only was he giving us an attitude but he told us "you guys are killing me". What kind of manager says that to customers??? I am very upset at the fact that the manager treated us bad. I suspect all these 5 stars and rave reviewers are fake or posted by the employees . I have been meaning to post something here for a while but I thought I'd give the store a chance. First of all great selection and prices and a well stocked store, HOWEVER the lack of any professionalism and decency is beyond words. I see a huge line when I walk in and then end up waiting in that line. One person running the register while 2 others are standing there teasing him playing grabass and acting like middle school children. Also heard one say what he was going to do and what he was not going to do???? Do these guys have any supervision? You do not act like that in front of your customers no matter what business you're in and regardless of your clientele. I find this unacceptable behavior nearly every time I enter this store and finally decided to yelp about it. You get what you pay for here and it's quite convenient if you live close. I see no security here Definitely be aware of your surroundings in the parking lot and lock your doors. read more

Very reasonable prices and predictable quality. Not everything should be purchased cheap, ESPECIALLY home/hardware items, but this place is the closest thing to a minimum quality standard guarantee for cheap imported Hardware items. Great customer service. read more
