When the time comes, a friendly staff member will likely be there to help you navigate the shelves and find it. We have come here on other occasions for paint and screws. True Value is conveniently located in a street with many well loved businesses in Dupont Circle. Maybe get dinner with a side of hardware store? He could not but told me where the closest other Benjamin Moore store was located with good directions and printed off the mix formula for me to hand them. I wasn't treated like a stupid lady and he was very helpful. You don't get that at Home Depot - in fact you get the opposite. HD employees don't make eye contact with you so you don't stop and ask them anything.

She took the time to send me an email with some choices and photos of what I might want to send my dear friend. Once I gave her the go ahead, she had this beautiful plant delivered the very next day (during Covid-19). She made this process so easy and wonderful.
