It was a nicely packed container with 1 quart of flat and 1 quart of semi-gloss paint exactly matching what was used in my house with a small sponge brush, a scraper, sandpaper, and wall repair compound. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous. I've used up the flat paint and will be going back to get more. The paint is good quality and looks nice in my home. I'll be checking out their colors when I'm ready to venture away from the generic builder's ivory :-).

They are open 7 days a week and have a color consultant available most of the time. If you're not sure of what color shade to choose or need some help deciding among several different colors, ask the consultant. She knows what questions to ask you and will guide you to a good choice. I just repainted the entire interior of my house and couldn't have done it without this help! And any of the people who work here can help you choose just the right type of paint with the proper amount of sheen....just ask. They will also match a color from a different brand of paint, or tint a given paint so it's darker or lighter but the same color as the original. I also thought the selection of brushes was great and was VERY happy with the Corona brand. These brushes held up to lots of trim painting and cleaned up very easily with soap and water. If can get busy there on weekends, so try during the week. This is just a super paint store!

I was told my phone number was flagged because I returned some stock paint and that was the reasoning for my order kept being cancelled and I had to come down to the store to have my id and credit card verified. I've never ordered paint online so this was the first time, and probably last unless Home Depot starts offering better paint. I like this paint, hopefully, Sherwin Williams becomes the paint for Home Depot, the paint is good quality but the customer experience is not worth your time. True Value carries this paint and the experience is different but the online ordering is not as exceptional as Home Depot.
