That level of service is almost unheard of. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

If you're not sure of what color shade to choose or need some help deciding among several different colors, ask the consultant. And any of the people who work here can help you choose just the right type of paint with the proper amount of sheen....just ask. They will also match a color from a different brand of paint, or tint a given paint so it's darker or lighter but the same color as the original. I also thought the selection of brushes was great and was VERY happy with the Corona brand. These brushes held up to lots of trim painting and cleaned up very easily with soap and water. If can get busy there on weekends, so try during the week. This is just a super paint store!

Jamie was able to write us a rain check for the $53.99 vac process online. Most likely the number one reason the store is out of these wet/dry vacs. While shopping, my wife came across a tree pruner. It was the last one on the shelf. We still need to repaint the kitchen now that our old refrigerator has been removed from our home. Since we are here at Harbor Freight Tools, I might look for something to hold our copper water pipe. I did so with the help of employee Ester. It would seem Jamie is the store manager. When our shopping was all done, we left with enough product to get some yard work done. Another great experience here for a low price but great quality products.

In August Of this year, I purchased a quart of paint for $43 dollars to do minor touch ups. The sheen was very different and very noticeable. I went into the store looking for a solution, thinking that I may have purchased the wrong finish and was told it was the same paint. I tried explaining over and over that it was not and I needed help to solve the problem. My only thought was that I would have to spend more money to have my house repainted witch cost me over $5,000. He said all he does is mix the paint. He called the manager and he told me the same thing. I have better experience with Lowes or Home Depot because they at least can color match your paint and help to come up with a solution I called Color Wheel in McLean and a nice employee explained that the paint technology changed over the last few months and that the paint would look different. I called all of the Vienna paint stores and none of them knew this nor did they try to help me. The employee at Color Wheel gave me the corporate number, and they stated that the base color was discontinued and that I would need to call around to see who had it. I finally I found a store in Florida that was able to ship it to me. I spent $45 including shopping vs paying $5000 to have my house repainted. Paying $85 per gallon is a waste of money especially if they are going to change the paint so that you cannot do touch up painting. It's not worth the headache nor is the poor customer service I received from Vienna Paint.

This will be a long review, my biggest takeaway is that if you are on a timeline, do not use them. We spent approximately $35,000 on goods and an additional $17,000 on kitchen cabinets which is a lot of money to us. We are a family who has been saving for a few years to build our forever home. I knew I was paying a premium on goods and that I was being charged more for the goods than other places but I did it because we were on a timeline with our move and thought that they would provide us great customer service. That did not happen. We also started the process from another state and were assured that once I picked everything, they would manage it. Before I get into the timeline issue, i was extremely frustrated by the all around poor customer service. I had to deal with a Mr. Joe Hunter on 2 occasions during this fiasco and he was rude and extremely condescending. I would never speak to someone the way Joe spoke to me on the phone. Additionally, our sub contractor was also treated pretty poorly on numerous occasions which I did not like. We purchased our house in February so that we could start renovations to move in June 1st. We hired a contractor who has also screwed up our timeline pretty badly but this isn't about him. Our contractor linked me in with Janelle who is the designer we used. I flew in on March 19th to start the process and again on April 6th to finish the process. We went over my timeline on both meetings. We are renovating 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, and purchased all new floors. None of our stuff was ordered until the first week in June. When I went in to speak to Joe and Janelle about it they completely blamed the contractor. I agree that again a lot of it was on him but Janelle regularly sent me emails and it would have been really nice as a customer if she had given me a heads up that none of my stuff had been ordered. We are still waiting on a bulk of our order and no updates at all. They were supposed to send someone over today to measure our vanity so that the counter top could be ordered. That did not happen. I have zero complete bathrooms, no kitchen and zero communication from Mosaic. Pictures of my unfinished bathrooms and kitchen. Premium pricing for a non-premium service. I am so disappointed by all of it.
