I have visited this station several times before and always had positive experiences with a courteous clerk. However, this most recent visit was extremely distressing and left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. While preparing a drink (using several cans of a Boba beverage I intended to pay for), the first cup I used cracked and began leaking. I immediately began cleaning up the spill myself to avoid creating a mess for staff or other customers. I disposed of the damaged cup and empty cans in the nearby trash to stay tidy. Before I could explain what happened or bring my items to the register to pay, a female employee (shorter, heavier-set, white woman) began yelling at me aggressively, accusing me of stealing. Then, a male employee (taller, dark-skinned man) joined in and also shouted at me, claiming I was trying to get away with not paying. I repeatedly tried to explain the situation -- that I was cleaning up and intended to pay for the drinks -- but both employees continued to interrupt me, raise their voices, and ultimately told me to leave and never return. I was shocked and embarrassed. I have never been accused of theft in my life. I also felt unsafe, especially given that this occurred late at night and I was alone. Their tone and approach were completely unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and discriminatory in nature. For context, I have worked in the service industry myself for years and fully understand how to communicate respectfully with customers -- even during confusion or mistakes. What I experienced at your store was unacceptable and far below Chevron's standards of professionalism. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, including security footage from approximately 4:00-4:20 AM at that location, and that appropriate disciplinary or retraining measures be taken with both employees. I am happy to provide additional details or connect you with a witness who observed much of the incident outside the store. I am seeking a formal apology and confirmation that Chevron will take steps to ensure no other customer is treated this way. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. The cashier tried just ringing 1 bag of chips to see if it would work and it still didn't. Again, with plenty enough money in each of our accounts. The cashier was new and trying to be helpful. He called over the other worker to help. He was rude, nasty, disrespectful, unprofessional. Didn't try to fix the problem was clearly on their end. We had to use the ATM inside of the gas station. The money got withdrawn completely fine beings we had more than enough money to pay. Had to pay the ATM fee. When I expressed that I was upset he told me that I was never allowed back in there ever again. Very unprofessional and clearly just upset that he works at a local gas station overnight and can't do better for him self. I feel sorry for men who hate women and try to degrade them for no reason. I really like the layout of this store better, it feels more organized and comfortable. They also do a better job keeping their coffee and creamers well stocked, which is a win in my book. This location has a self-checkout, which I appreciate on those days when I'm not in the mood to make friends. Today, the self-checkout machine was down, but the chick was quick to let me know and kindly helped me out, so that was a nice touch. Overall, it's a Circle K, so it's not my favorite spot, but it gets the job done when I need it.

Bought a slurpee just to get the Deadpool cup and straw for my son and the Coke slurpee had to thrown out as it didn't taste good. I was too far away to take it back. Well... some of them are basically superheroes, hustling like champs. Others? I swear they're auditioning for a role in "The Office" because they just hang out like it's their personal lounge. More like cold "maybe creamer"... if you're lucky enough to find some, double-check that French vanilla isn't actually just vanilla's rebellious cousin, plain creamer. Decaf? There's a rumor going around that when they're out of decaf, they fill it with... actual coffee. Madness! Which isn't a surprise party, it's just making the already terrible sludge worse and keeping me wired all week. The coffee itself tastes like it was brewed in a boot and left out in the Arizona sun for a week. But hey, I am sure it's the cheapest option in town, so if you're desperate or pinching pennies, it'll do. The most recent broken coffee machine saga? It was out for long enough I started a support group. I'm not even sure if it's fixed, I stopped caring somewhere around day three of the coffee drought and started exploring local coffee & tea shops. Here's the kicker though, Circle Ks are a dime a dozen. Hate this one? Don't worry, you can find another one within a half-mile radius in any direction. It's like a coffee and snack store Hydra.
