I would drive 7 miles for Diesel to the Deer Valley Costco, NO MORE. I can buy at my local Fry's at equal and sometimes lower than Costco. I polity asked a manager whats with Costco's fuel prices being higher than most of the stations. Response was snubbed and shrugged her shoulders. Lately when I go to Costco the fuel islands are mostly open, when the lines use to go out to 27th ave. Today I paid 8 cents a gallon less for premium at my Fry's compared to Costco. ALSO Costco claims there Diesel contains up to 5% bio, it either has it or it doesn't. For a couple of years my mileage was a little higher using Costco diesel, no more additives. About April 2025 my mileage dropped on average 1 MPG. Nothing wrong with my engine everything is up to par. I went back to Sam's which is about 4-5 cents a gal less. Started using additives again mileage back up. Sam's does nothing special with diesel where Costco claims they add special stuff to make it Top Tier, no more.

I have visited this station several times before and always had positive experiences with a courteous clerk. However, this most recent visit was extremely distressing and left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. While preparing a drink (using several cans of a Boba beverage I intended to pay for), the first cup I used cracked and began leaking. I immediately began cleaning up the spill myself to avoid creating a mess for staff or other customers. I disposed of the damaged cup and empty cans in the nearby trash to stay tidy. Before I could explain what happened or bring my items to the register to pay, a female employee (shorter, heavier-set, white woman) began yelling at me aggressively, accusing me of stealing. Then, a male employee (taller, dark-skinned man) joined in and also shouted at me, claiming I was trying to get away with not paying. I repeatedly tried to explain the situation -- that I was cleaning up and intended to pay for the drinks -- but both employees continued to interrupt me, raise their voices, and ultimately told me to leave and never return. I was shocked and embarrassed. I have never been accused of theft in my life. I also felt unsafe, especially given that this occurred late at night and I was alone. Their tone and approach were completely unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and discriminatory in nature. For context, I have worked in the service industry myself for years and fully understand how to communicate respectfully with customers -- even during confusion or mistakes. What I experienced at your store was unacceptable and far below Chevron's standards of professionalism. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, including security footage from approximately 4:00-4:20 AM at that location, and that appropriate disciplinary or retraining measures be taken with both employees. I am happy to provide additional details or connect you with a witness who observed much of the incident outside the store. I am seeking a formal apology and confirmation that Chevron will take steps to ensure no other customer is treated this way. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Pizza was not warm and is usually hot coming from the warmer. Not only was this frustrating to wait but I believe cooking food to temp and then letting it cool almost completely before getting to the warmer to unfortunately reheat is likely not considered proper storage.

The cashier was polite and friendly, though he didn't offer me a receipt and I didn't notice until later, and I would have liked one. Oh well.
