I got a call that I also needed transmission fluid. I picked up the car later in the day. Today, again, I picked up my car after it's required oil change (yes, I don't put a lot of miles on the car.) I had asked that they give the car a "once-over," which, I was told is procedural. My invoice showed a "25-item Checklist" at no charge and my oil change. Additionally, a week ago I drove in with a flat tire. They pulled the tire, pulled a screw, plugged the tire, put it back on the car, and replaced the spare in the trunk. The Charge? $35. The owner and staff are so helpful and wonderful people with whom to work. We are fortunate to have this service in our back yard.

A HAZARDOUS DANGEROUS STATION I have never experienced such…read morea terrible time just filling up my tank. EVER. It's not even those things you write about on Yelp but I HAVE to. I paid by apple pay and started using the pump and I know my car - I've had it for 10 years now so I know when it hits 12 gallons that it's done. However, the pump kept going and it freaked me out when it overflowed, wouldn't latch off, and kept going. I had to yank it off my car and watch as a GASOLINE spilled all over. And judging from the wet appearance of the ground it looks like I wasn't the first one this happened to. Thank god for the kind folks who asked if I was okay and quickly prompted me to yank the pump off and asked if I was okay. I was definitely shaken because all the employee did was put a cone on it. HE SHOULD HAVE PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN AT LEAST LIKE WTF. All in all, it was incredibly sketch for Menlo Park... I ended up paying way more even after yanking the pump out. Overall: -10000000/10. I just don't understand why certain gas stations refuse to provide such a simple service for the public and then expect us to buy anything there. I won't go much into the pricing, but it's absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed they charge this much for gasoline. The owner clearly doesn't give one iota about the community or integrity. Also, I noticed food on the shelves that had been there for so long that the coloring on the packages were completely faded due to being in the sun day after day week after week.
