Dropped by to get gas but first I wanted to buy a drink I was so thirsty. As I entered inside I quickly realized the man behind the counter couldn't be bothered.. with good laptop open watching a movie. So I grab a pellegrino and I realized I couldn't find my card. I went through my front seats and noticed my card had fallen through that space between the seat and console. I took no longer than a minute. I come back and "bob" is all flustered and clearly annoyed. He tells me "most people dole take five minutes to look for their card" .. what kind of service is this? So I couldn't find my card. Didn't take five minutes and even if I t did...needless to say, I didn't end up buying gas and I won't in the future. A business is not a business without customer service. This place did not. I would give 0 if I could and the Asian man with the glasses incredibly condescending and unnecessarily (excuse my foul language but no other words to put this) a d*ck. I went to grab the gas pump and before I even took it off completely from its holder it started gushing gas out and the meter went up $8 dollars for gas on the floor so I tried to quickly move into my car and use the pump but it wasn't pumping properly either so I put it back and went to inform the guy inside and before I could even finish talking he just cut me off and started telling me it wasn't possible because "no one's ever complained before" and that I just didn't know how to, kept explaining like I was some little girl that I needed to "push the nozzle in" to which I told him I've been to many gas station before I know how to pump gas and he looked outside saw the 8 on the meter and said "well that tells me it went into your car and no one's ever complained before so idk what to tell you" and to which I emphasized I understand that's what it says but then play back the camera or something but I'm telling you it just gushed out and he just kept insisting that no one's ever complained so it's not a problem and didn't even try to come look and just kept cutting me off, couldn't even finish a single sentence, was gonna move to the pump over but after that interaction with that guy went to the Shell across the street for the same price, cordial attendant. Would never come here again honestly, his damenor was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I've only been here a few times recently and only because of convenience. Half of those times there was no one working the register. I get that staff needs breaks, but isn't that why you'd have more than one person working? To cover breaks? Super irritating, especially for cash customers. Also it's a tiny place with minimal food/beverage selections. Not that you'd go to a gas station for lunch, but at the very least you'd have a better stock for road trip snacks, no? (currently valero, used to be arco) Dishonest mechanics. After I went in for an oil change, (probably) the son of the owner (also Indian, sorry for pointing this out) said to me that I needed to change my break pads. This is ridiculous, since just three weeks before that, the mechanic who aligned my wheels told me that my break pads are just below 50%. Truth is, I have been driving for another 1000 miles and my pads are still intact. Another mechanic basically hinted that I could still drive for another 10K miles at least before my pads need changing. My first experience with them were good when the father (prob the owner) served me. *sad that my second experience wasn't so good. read more

The automotive shop run by the father and son duo of Michael and Sonny is as good as it gets! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable with all cars, but they are the last honest mechanics around. I had a major issue with my car that the dealership said would cost over $2000 to fix and Sonny personally talked to the dealership for me to find out what parts I needed and what it would actually cost. His cost came out to roughly $650 and now my car is in better shape then it ever has been after previous visits to my dealership. They are simply the best! read more

Accountable, quick and inexpensive The AC of my car had broken down. I initially went to another mechanic. He charged me $116 and told me with a lot of confidence that there is nothing any mechanic or local repairs shop could do, and that the only place which could fix the problem would be the dealership (which would probably make me pay through my nose!). This guy took 2 hours to find the problem and fix it at half the price others would take. Besides, I had a few other miscellaneous issues which he fixed for free.
