I also think I saw him spray something near my front windshield when my vehicle was up in the air and now I have stuff on my driver side vehicle windshield that I can't get off. I'm really disappointed. I went to Midas to get all of the grinding, roaring and whining noises I've been having, to go away and get my front struts done. I told them I thought it was my wheel bearing but one guy was very dismissive. I'm not sure if that would have been a much cheaper fix and that's why he dismissed it. He told me I need an alignment but that they don't do that. After I left, a mobile mechanic right away noticed my left front top of the tire was more pushed out than the bottom and that can cause problems. I never noticed that before and I would've paid attention to something like that. They must've known that I had positive camber on my left front tire and they should've told me to get that fixed first and then work on the other repair repairs but they didn't even mention the problem with the tire to me After being there waiting for six hours while my dogs were outside in a crate, overheating in the 80s Something degree weather Mind you I was told that they were dog friendly and the dogs can be inside. But they wouldn't allow my dogs inside. They never showed me any of my Bad parts and that's your first sign of bad workmanship . When I asked Something about the brakes, they made it sound like my brakes were fine before so why would they replace it then it looks like they were just trying to get money for anything they could they really didn't care about repairing the vehicle. That night after getting the new front brakes and front struts, I had a new knock in my steering wheel and then I had some other whiny noises in the front that we're never there before The next day, all the Sounds from before getting the brakes replaced came back So that tells me I didn't need brakes. Unless they didn't replace them or installed it wrong. It was something else so they basically charge me over $1000 for brakes that I probably didn't need and now I have much more problems a lot of different kinds of noises new ones that weren't there before. The front struts cost $1000 and something still feels off, like it wasn't installed correctly because sometimes the bad struts sound still happens Also the guy either peed all over my front seat or he poured a ton of something NASTY all over my front seat. The entire cover was soaking wet and he didn't even tell me anything about it or apologize at any point. Some stranger texted me that night or the next day and insinuated that he had a bottle of piss and he poured the piss all over my front seat and laughed . I don't know if that's true because I couldn't smell anything at that moment but my nose doesn't always work but still, that's really disgusting as hell and unprofessional. When I asked about it, while I was still there, he just said that he sweat. But it's a huge seat and he's a small guy. How do you sweat all over 24 x 24" seat when you sat in it for maybe 30 seconds to move the vehicle. AND THE ENTIRE LARGE SEAT WAS SOAKING WET My clothing were soaking wet for the next day or so because I had to sit in it. They knew that I am in a bad spot financially and homeless for the last 5 months and that I live in my car with my dogs and that I was taking out a loan to fix the vehicle so that I can drive and run the car all day and night. I needed a safe vehicle but I don't think they cared about my safety. I think they just wanted to get their money and wanted to milk me for all they could, then intimidate me into not coming back by desecrating my front seat - WHICH IS A CRIMINAL ACT BY THE WAY. They're all nice and sweet to me until they asked for a review and then after they asked for a view, they stopped being friendly. 1:30 PM today I'm noticing my brake slipped. That's really bad. (Hence the star removal.) I think price is a little bit high, but I would reconsider them again when I need an annual reset. I was not given the first-time discount, but they said I should call and have that applied next time. So I recommend you call for your first-time to get that first discount.

My interior wasn't dirty to begin with, nothing that a few wipe downs and vacuuming couldn't fix. My main concern was the trunk lining of my car with the debris and grime that have accumulated over time. Tahalia was pleasant and told me not worry about anything. I dropped my car off at 5:45 p.m. and left for dinner. I came back around 8 p.m. to check on my car and the exterior looked good until I noticed a hard droplet of some type of cleaning product on the hood area (it wasn't there before). It was tough to get it off that I thought it was going to chip off the paint! I was told that it was going to cost extra to buff it out but why? It wasn't my fault to start begin with. I proceeded to the trunk area and it was still dirty! I gave them another chance to get it right and walked around the mall to kill time. I came back around 8:40 p.m. anxiously checked my trunk again and it looked better from before but the backside of my car had water and debris from cleaning the linings. At this point I'm upset and frustrated. A guy had to scrub it with a hard brush to get the dirt off and pat it down dry. The linings now looked stained and spotty and honestly it was too dark to see if it completely came off. I checked the inside and the right side of backseat had dust. The backside window had specs of dirt from the inside. Again, two of their employees had to fix these issues. It was close to 9 p.m. and I understand that everyone just wanted to go home but this all could've been avoided if the job was done efficiently. They had two other cars along with mine that had issues as well. I was told that the gentleman that handled my car (I believe his name was Keith) was let go early to go home and didn't finish the job completely without letting anyone know. Why didn't they do a routine check to make sure the job was DONE? Miscommunication or not it's still not an excuse. Tahalia apologized more than once and gave me a discount voucher for my next visit. She was professional throughout the whole process but I'm not sure if there's even a next time after my first time nightmare experience. I'm scared to check my car in the daylight especially the section where it had debris from cleaning it. The only reason I'll be back is to have them fix the stained section they left but otherwise I will have to take my business somewhere else.
