They've got a bunch of wraps to go- all of which are reasonably priced, large, fresh and delicious. The food truck wasn't busy when I went, so I had no wait, and enjoyed the shaded chair by the window while the food was prepared. I was also pleased to see that Istanbul Street Foods offers a large variety of Turkish drinks. Unfortunately, their Turkish Coffee isn't served with a wok full of sand. For dessert, they have one option- Baklava. But that's the only option they need. It's amazing. Just try it. In all, this place offers fast Turkish food at a convenient spot. The kind owner handed a paper boat with two of them drizzled in a tahini sauce and said "For you." After one bite, I was so glad I ordered a side of them. They had a shattery-crisp exterior and a bright green, fluffy interior that tasted of herby mint, creamy chickpeas, and bold garlic. I was not expecting such a delicious falafel from a food truck parked outside of a military hospital, but, you can't choose a food truck by it's vinyl wrapping.
