The restaurant was spotless and had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our server, Keamal, was outstanding. He was extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. We never had to ask for anything because he anticipated our needs and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal. Our absolute go-to for Mediterranean food. I pretty much always get some type of lamb and they do it right! Hubby likes their gyros with fries. The kids and grandkids also like their food and that great nann bread that starts every meal. It had tomatoes but it isn't tomato season so they weren't very good. The ambiance was nice and clean. I would have preferred a little less music. The food was delicious and service was quick. The complimentary pita bread was delicious and a nice touch. Our waiter was great and cracked a few jokes which I always appreciate. The kunafa was warm and subtlety sweet. The restaurant was very clean and spacious and I like how clear their signs leading you to their entrance as well as the restrooms were. The only thing I felt could use improvement is the booth seats. They were a bit uncomfortable but they won't keep me from going back for dinner soon. read more

Quite possibly the best pita I've ever eaten in my life. They baked them fresh right there and they give you a 14-inch one with some oil to dip in as soon as you get your menus. I knew this was going to be good and I was right. The Israeli Salad was wonderful as was the Shwarma and Gyros. The place looked modern but definitely fit the part. My first time going to Jerusalem Grill was on Mother's Day 2026! I had an absolutely excellent Lamb dinner which was suggested by my server, Kemal. He is very attentive and knows the menu very well. I am glad he suggested my dinner plate because I was able to try a few of the delicious items on the menu and found it all to be absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was very comfortable with soothing music. All of the wait staff were very polite and attentive also. Came in on a Sunday and I was SUPER excited to stop in for a sandwich. They were pretty busy, and the service sucked. It was ver much transactional. I'm here for the food though, and not a hello. The sandwich came with stuff I don't like on my sandwich. I don't like tomato, and I don't like cucumbers. I asked for onion and lettuce instead, it's sitting right there on the prep station. The guy taking the order had a big stink about it. I should've just stopped there and left. He made the sandwich the way I wanted. And it was not good. They left off the sauce. It was dry. The fries were good! But the sandwich was bad. It had like 6 pieces of chicken. You could see in the picture it was super skinny. That's not how they used to do it at the other location. Great, friendly service with comfortable seating and an extension menu. Came here on a weekday for lunch and it was quick and easy. I ordered a gyro with lamb and it was very filling and a generous portion for under $13. It's extra to add sides but you almost don't need to due to the volume of meat and the bread and dip complimentary appetizer provided before the meal. They give you the receipt and charge at your table and can split the costs between your table mates. That makes eating out a breeze with groups! Entrees can run from $15-30 for lunch and dinner but the food tastes fresh and delicious. read more

They mediate brought pita bread and a dip which had olive oil, cheese, thyme, paprika and some other spices - the bread was soft, warm and very tasty and the dip was also very good We ordered beef, chicken and lamb kabobs which came with Jerusalem salad, hummus, rice and a pickled turnip. First let me say I really don't like hummus - I've tried many versions and it's just not my thing. I decided to give this a shot and was amazingly surprised - I loved it! The taste and texture were unlike any hummus I've had before! Apparently they make it in-house. The Jerusalem salad was also very good - red and green peppers, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers - very good as well. The kabobs - superb. The beef was very good. The chicken was even better - wonderful flavor. The lamb - exceptional! The meats came with two dipping sauces - one was a sour cream with garlic that they make in-house. I didn't care for the second sauce - kind of a sweet chili type. The pickled turnip was surprisingly good. Only minor cons were the ladies room had one operational stall and was very small. It needs updating. And the seating is uncomfortable. They are thin bench seats. What a great experience we had recently at Jerusalem Grill. We arrived around 6pm on a Friday night and there were a few diners but the place was not packed. By the time we finished our meal the place had filled up. The staff was gracious and helpful. We were seated immediately and our order was taken quickly. Our waitstaff brought us pita and an olive oil dip with garlic and cheese that was extremely flavorful and delicious. I'd go back just for that. Since it was just my husband and me, we ordered the mixed grill for two, opting for a couple of skewers of beef and one of chicken. We ordered extra veggies, tzatziki, and hummus for our appetizers. We don't come often but we really should come more. Everytime we have been the food has been absolutely incredible. So fresh and so flavorful. I never have a single complaint after a meal here. Food is good, not great. Ambience is zero, as it has all the charm of an office cafeteria. But the 2 stars is mainly because these guys are fraudsters. Borderline criminal. They intentionally do not show you an itemized bill and they pretty much expect you to sign off on the total. There's a reason for that. They overcharge for strange items and don't tell you, and don't want you to notice. We had to ASK for the itemized bill because the total looked suspiciously high. Keep in mind, they bring out flatbreads over and over again with olive/garlic dip on side. Are they good? Yes. Did we order them? No. Did we rightfully assume that this was just free bread service? Yes. Because they kept bringing it out. Much like many Mexican restaurants have endless chips and salsa. But they charged extra for each and every one of them. Then there was a charge for 3 unrecognizable items that added another $21 to the bill and these were nothing that anyone asked for. Whatever they were. Then when one of our party asked for a few extra pepperoncinis, they brought out a bowlful and it turns out they added THAT to the bill as an extra side. We disputed ithe whole thing and it was like talking to a wall. They couldn't or wouldn't explain themselves. We all agreed that we would NEVER come back here. read more

The bread with dipping sauce was very good. However, I ordered the shrimp and swordfish skewers and they were overcooked and dried out.
