The tall slim older man with the dark hair, food not fill the bag up with fries. He did not wash his hands after digging in the garbage and proceeded to help us. Just grabbed the fries and put them in the fryer by shaking the fry bag. He was very rude, no hi hello nothing but he's back there eating fries himself and fixing himself food while we're watching him along with 2 other customers. First time trying Shawarma Press, and it definitely won't be the last! I was impressed by the generous serving of hummus, especially for the price. It was creamy, fresh, and the perfect start to my meal. The fries were spot on--crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served piping hot. As for the star of the show, the chicken shawarma was fantastic. I actually forgot to take pictures because I was too busy enjoying it! The shawarma was flavorful but not overly salty, and the yogurt dressing really balanced everything out. It was a perfect blend of fresh, savory, and tangy. Service was good too, especially considering the staff member was working solo during what seemed to be slow hours. He handled everything smoothly. My only minor gripe is that the price is a bit high for fast food, but the quality definitely delivers. This was our choice after debate for our tv date night. Everything, I mean everything was delicious! It showed up warm, which is always a plus! The misses never had shawarma, and she loved it! It was all perfectly cooked and spiced! I'm Rating the food only. It's a 5. Even through door dash it was affordable for us. We had the shawarma melt, beef shawarma, tex-mex chicken press, and the Mediterranean side Salad. The only gripe I have is the prices for extra sauces and the size of the melt was small. But that's it. The fries that came with one of our meals were also good! I'm not going through go through every dish, it was all excellent. I will add this. We got the small tatziki, and this was the best TATZIKI we have ever had. It was different. It was "stringy". Not the way we have usually have it. I can see some being thrown off with the texture, but give it a shot! Trust me. Better yet our hack is to mix chili sauce in our tatziki! We do it everywhere! The service is very friendly, the food is delicious and their plates and bowl choices are highly satisfying. Both the Manager and David couldn't be more helpful in their suggestions. FIRST TIME VISIT! This location is inside the Walmart on Potranco. Welp, I'll give them credit where it is due... the service was very nice. I walked up and was perusing the menu as a worker approached me from behind the counter. I let him know it was my first visit so he walked me through the menu items and process of choosing an entree with protein and side. He was so informative! Contrary to food items on display on both the posters on the walls and all over the paper tray liner, the menu was very limited. In addition, the food is not fresh or tasty. I am obsessed with garlic sauce and theirs tastes simply as garlic flavored mayonnaise. The meat was dried out and rice was flavorless. I also became quite ill after eating here. Bummer because I LOVE Mediterranean cuisine and I LOVE giving great reviews, but I simply could not today. I would love to see this place improve. read more

As an avid consumer of middle eastern and pak/Indian cuisine the food was subpar. The ladies that work in the front were a joy to be around! You can tell they work exceptionally well together and they are careful on food preparation. I felt as if there was love going into the food however I found that the flavor was okay. The tandoori is pretty spicy (it's the sauce). As a Pakistani, I couldn't taste flavor as much as I could taste heat. Surprising. And the chicken was much better than beef in the shawarma. Chicken was moist. This is explains why they were nearly finished with the chicken when we ordered. Fries were delicious, seasoning was on the salty side. Falafel tasted fresh. I can't comment on any other menu items but if you're in the area, it wouldn't hurt to try the bowls, lemonade or baklava. I bet the chicken shawarma(plain) as is, is good. read more

(then again, i'm mexican and have a palate to handle spiciness, lol) i recommend getting the falafel with a sauce as it can get a bit dry when overcooked the slightest bit. my go-to is the tahini or the garlic. the only complaint i really have is that my side pita bread has been forgotten 2 out of the 3 times i've ordered from here. nothing that checking your bag before you leave can't fix! read more
