These guys are awesome. First of all, they only charged me $30, as opposed to the $170 some other companies were asking. I dropped off the trunk release cylinder to have a key made for my motorcycle, and the first key they gave me did not work for the ignition. Apparently the ignition has a few extra cuts on it than the trunk release. I called them the next morning and they promptly sent someone out, free of charge, to fix it. They were quick to get to my house, fixed my key, and made me a few spares. I was a little upset that the first key did not work and was ready to cuss them out when they got to my house, but by the time he left I ended up giving him a hug. Great customer service. They made me their top priority and I could tell that all they wanted was for me to be a happy customer, which I am. Also, the keys they made me works better than the one I got from the dealership. My broken lock was inconveniently located in a shed down a bumpy dirt road quite a ways into a nature preserve, and it's pretty unpleasantly hot to be venturing out in the sun right now. Not only did Mr Sharp come out to meet me there exactly when expected, and fix it quickly for a reasonable price, he was good natured and patient when I showed up with the wrong key set and delayed his next job. Had to get my front door knob re-keyed for a safety reason. Said I could bring it in and charge would just be $12, but service call would add significantly. I asked about difficulty of removing and replacing door knob and she said if I could use a screw-driver it would be no problem. She said 'I'll be glad to take your money, but you'd save a lot to just bring it to us and we can still make sure all new keys work.' It was as she said, easy to remove and replace, and they used my key to just modify the lock. Two keys come with and I had three more made, with total just around $20. Okay, people. Rarely do I come across a good ole honest business ran by good ole salt of the earth people. THIS is one of those establishments. Steven Sharp (I think his name was) talked me through unlocking a cash register over the phone..... I mean I had been on the phone with locksmiths since the night before TRYING to find someone, anyone who would come help me out, without charging me $100+. I have been trying to get my great grandmother's suitcase unlocked for a while and wasn't having any luck. A different locksmith recommended Sharp's after being unsuccessful himself because he knew they have a lot of old luggage keys. The man there got the suitcase open in less than a minute, the keys to the suitcase were inside so I didn't have to buy a new one, and they didn't charge me a cent. VERY pleased with the service and how knowledgeable they were. So excited to have the suitcase open and usable with no damage and truly enjoyed my trip to Sharp's.
