My husband ordered the wicked dog and loved it. I had a bite and can see why. I had the chicken strip combo and it's the best I've ever had. The chicken strips were juicy, flavorful and large. We substituted the mac and cheese and it was so good, it ruined all other mac and cheese forever. It was that good. Creamy, flavorful and plentiful. Our cashier, who was very friendly, also threw in extra fries, which were good. We ordered a gold bar pastry, which is kinda like a brownie with other stuff in it, including coconut. Incredible flavor! And my husband ordered a banana pudding, which, you guessed it, was heavenly (no photo, sorry). Plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant was spotless and it's right off 35. Also, we were excited to try the cinnamon rolls however, the 2 they had out there looked older and dry; not appetizing so we didn't get any. They just took the space over so they've not had the chance to update signage. I also noticed the chicken restaurant was still a part of the place, which made my kid happy. I decided to order the fajita plate and my kid got the crispy chicken strips. The fajitas were delicious. Just the right amount of flavor add with the onions & peppers. Beans & rice were good. The guacamole was chunky w/ onion and delicious. My only negative was the tortillas were not fresh made. The kiddo really liked the chicken strips. Crunchy & juicy. Over-all... a nice surprise.
