Usually if you ask them, they'll combine them for you. Being a forgetful person, once had multiple and have asked them to combine it all onto one. Never had an issue here.

Overall just not what we were anticipating. 2. Brown sugar boba milk? - 0/10 This was just milk with a bit of brown sugar syrup. (See pic) I actually dropped this off to my other daughter and she said she just couldn't drink it. 3. Strawberry croissant- 8/10 This was actually good. The strawberries with the jam and whipped cream were very good. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. They also had a few great items but the actual drinks were mid. I think the matcha needs to change or maybe making it more paste like could help boost the flavor. The brown sugar latte was just not it.

I ordered a variety of drinks ranging with tea, milk tea, and juice refreshers. I had a sample of each drink as I shared with family and all were good and well balanced as customers can customize to their own liking. Customer service was good as she asked me the various levels for ice and sweetness. Not all places ask and I mean other brand stores (not gong cha) where the drink ends up as a diabetes buster. I suggest 50% sweetness (max amount I can take) and 25% ice level. Currently there is a promotoion with purchases over $32, a free tumbler with Line Characters is given. Only the white option was available at the time. Super cute and excellent promotional value.
