There were many customers both waiting in line and waiting for their orders near the puck up window. I see staffs working through the window (customers not allowed inside) and they're constantly churning out new drinks. The wait was close to 15 minutes from the time they ordered their drinks, I kid you not. Based on their current ratings and number of customers outside, this business is doing pretty well. ***Update*** I appreciate the response provided by the owner, however my husband and I have been customers of this location for about 2-3 years and have never had that problem. The only drink my husband ever gets is taro blended, add ice cream, add creama. Maybe it was an off day, but to assume a customer is just speaking out of their a$$ is a bit of an insult. Unfortunately I didn't add boba to my drink while I ordered on the kiosk. I assumed that there would be boba, my mistake. When I got my drink there was no boba to my surprise, my boyfriend kindly asked if they could add some and he would pay the additional cost. The entire staff (two guys and a girl were working) decided to all huff and puff and make us feel like a bother about it. It wasn't busy and that's why we decided to ask for them to add boba, but regardless of the situation it seemed like they were going to be bothered to do their job. It was an honest mistake and I understand working in hospitality isn't always the easiest ( I know from experience). Came in on Sunday 6/12/22 at 5:50pm and waited over half an hour for ONE drink (the QQ happy family.) I was sitting inside the store waiting for my drink to be called and after noticing three parties after me got their drinks, I went up and asked to check up on mine and the guy stationed at the takeout window noticed my drink was apparently mixed in the middle among all the other prepared drinks and simply responded "oh, there you go." Out of all the shareteas I've been to this one stands on top. My go to milk tea is the Okinawa Pearl! Best boba tea place ever! Been coming to this location for so many years. It's the go-to among all my cousins as well. Whenever we have parties or events, we always send a few of them to bring back 10 or more orders (you know, for other cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.). Or even if we're in the area, it's an easy stop to make for refreshing drinks. My brother and I have gone through so many stamp cards that I've stopped counting ages ago. If you're wondering about their procedures in the middle of this pandemic, then you should know that customers do not have direct access to the inside of the store. Instead, customers place their orders at one of the doors with the cashier. It might be a little confusing to figure out where to order if it's your first time coming to this particular location since they started following COVID guidelines, but for reference, the old 'entrance' is now actually where you pick up the drinks. The best thing here is you can have as little or as much sugar and the same goes for the ice quantity. Wanted to have something cool & refreshing in this scorching heat & came across this place. The shop is in a complex. Parking is not an issue. It was pretty crowded even on a weekday. They are taking good safety measures for their customers & employees. They have 2 stalls, one in the front for pick up & the other if you want to order on the backside. They do have their own stamp card, in which when you collect 10 stamps (for every drink), you receive a free drink. Which is cool for someone regular. Their is no entrance in the shop. The quality of the drinks are consistent and they have both indoor and outdoor seating areas for customers to chill. I always order the wintermelon lemon green tea, less ice, and least sweet for the sour lemony taste. It is a really good thirst quenching drink too. I am not a milk tea person, but I would recommend their coffee milk tea, which the coffee has a distinguish taste that I like, and it is good energy boost too. STRAWBERRY BLACK TEA: My boyfriend got this half sugar and this thing was so darn sweet-so much that it was disgusting to me. Huge miss for me. If anything, I'd get this again with absolutely no sugar. GREEN MILK TEA: I got this half sweet with herb jelly (grass jelly). Their herb jelly was diced, which is different as most places kind of give you a block of it. They barely put any herb jelly and I was disappointed in that. It's good but If you order this, don't expect that tried and true brown sugar milk tea flavor that we know and love. The mango flavor is jammy, fruity, slightly tart (like the mango jam syrup on top of those Red Ribbon Cakes or any Filipino dessert), and compliments the green tea. Ask for extra mango purée. And their boba is good here. There's always a line here and seems to be the go-to for many teenagers (so you know it's good quality and affordable). Also, damn I sound old saying that!
