I've been coming here since it's glory days in 2010. Their milk tea is classic, and I love how they serve mini boba. I've since tried many other drinks, and since it's been hot lately, I've been trying their slushies. So far, my favorites are the mango and watermelon flavors. For food, I like the typical popcorn chicken, fried tofu, and fries. They also have combos which come with rice and veggies. I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit. I used to love coming to Lollicup in the early 2010s, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I ordered the iced milk tea with boba and the popcorn chicken. The milk tea was overly sugary with little tea flavor, and the tapioca balls was not soft and not chewable. More concerningly, the popcorn chicken was undercooked, which resulted in me having stomach aches later that night. Since my visit here, I will unfortunately not be returning. I hope the management will look into these quality and food safety issues for future. read more

I try to never pass up a bargain when it comes to food or beverages. I can in because if an advertisement of half off when getting two milk teas. I got one with mini boba and one plain, both half sweet and iced. Refreshing without being too sweet or strong on tea ( it can sometimes taste bitter). Solo young man was courteous and efficient- taking orders and preparing them. There's a kiosk for placing your order as well. Cute little spot in the same plaza as 99 Ranch grocery. Right next door is a newly opened Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. Parking can be a little bit hard depending on on the time of day. They also are confident about the heat seal on takeout containers- they put them side by side with one literally upside down in the bag to conserve space! Excellent customer service, there was quite a few of us and not everyone knows what to order, but the staff was so patient and very knowledgeable when we have questions. This place has been here for a long time, it's right next to boba time but for me the boba, jelly and the flavor of the drinks here are better. This is our usual spot for late-night cravings and munchies. The drinks are consistently good, and the food is decent. On our recent visit, the young man taking our orders did a terrific job. He was highly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job helping us choose our items. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the menu perfectly and deserves a raise or extra appreciation for dealing so well with late-night customers. I've been coming here at least once a week for food and tea, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered takeout, and when I got home, I realized one of the teas was missing. I returned and calmly explained the situation, but the server responded with an attitude, saying I should know which drink was missing. While preparing the replacement, the server handled items with bare hands, even reaching inside the tea container from the fridge getting his hands wet with the tea in the process, (basically putting his hands inside the tea container). That raised serious hygiene concerns for me. I ended up throwing the drinks away because I no longer felt comfortable consuming them. They offered a free drink for next time, but unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust. I hope management takes food safety and customer service more seriously going forward. read more

Don't ever order for dine in because they take longer than if you take it to go . I thought we'd have plenty of time to eat a snack before my kid has to work a few doors down in same shopping center. I've been wanting to try Lollicup for the longest time now and since I was in the area, I figured I'd stopped by. Upon arrival, the cashiers were having a friendly conversation and it seemed like I interrupted something. Being my first time, I had no idea what to order or even what they had. He mentioned I could upgrade my drink and I asked if they had fountain drinks and he said no but didn't offer or suggest any other drink. Again, I picked a random drink. I ordered a regular Jasmine milk tea with boba and the total turned out to be $6.35. They use non dairy creamer for the milk teas. With 25% sweet and the added boba, it was the perfect sweetness. I was pleased with the tea flavor and kind customer service. I would suggest softer boba because it tasted a little old/ not very fresh. What is irritating is the lack of acknowledgment from the two male staff inside the shop. No customers were in there. One of them was looking down at the till while the other was looking at him. His eyes were at eye level, not looking down. I'm about 3 feet away & I stand there waiting for either of them to say Hi, how can I help you?.... Cricket, cricket, cricket and I decided I'd do their job & acknowledge them. Hey there, hello how are you doin'? They both seem a bit startled & finally looked up & the guy (not manning the till) finally said, "He'll be right with you, he's almost finished." Whatever happened to customer service? I usually like to call ahead and order, the phone rang awhile but was finally picked up. I was told to hold on the line. Seven minutes later, I was still on hold as I step into the store. The server greeted me and I said: you can hang up the phone now, I am here. He picked up the phone in front of him and said: oh, sorry. I ordered an appetizer popcorn chicken and he asked if I want any spice at all. Extra spicy, I want my chicken red, said with a smile. The chicken came out pail white with some red(see pictures). At least he asked if that was enough or not , if not, he can ask them to add more.
