The chicken and mojos were yummy but the two pizzas I ordered, not so much. When I opened the boxes the pizzas looked like they'd been sitting for awhile. I arrived at the counter to pick up my online order right at the time it was supposed to be ready. I was told my order wasn't ready yet and waited another 10 minutes before they called my name. I wonder if they gave me the pizzas from the buffet instead of making them fresh. read more

I have been to this Sharkey's location a couple of times for their lunch buffet. Food is good and I like the variety. But the star of the restaurant is a server by the name of Matilde Robel. She makes the dining experience that much nicer. She's constantly watching the floor picking up dirty plates and handing out clean one. I have never once had ask for a clean plate as Matilde is always making sure the guest have what they need. I would recommend dining at this location. read more

Stepped in on a Thursday afternoon with my nephews to check out their bunch of lunch offerings. All in all, the service was friendly and attentive. The mojos, pizza, and chicken were awesome. The salad bar left a little to be desired but for the price it is to be expected. Kinda sucks that drinks are a separate charge as this location charges $14-$16 for the buffet per person without a drink. But I still think we got our moneys worth. Would definitely check it out again if I have time and need a quick lunch. read more

Tonight I have NEVER in my life experienced a worker STEALING!!!! My son left his hat on the farthest corner table near the arcade tonight because that is where we ate. He went to get prizes and forgot to grab his hat. We left a couple of minutes before closing. We noticed that he didnt have it when we got on the freeway and when i called to ask for it, the girl said she asked all the workers and they said they didnt find it. I told her that was impossible because we literally just left from there and she kept on with her story of not finding the hat. I told her i would go back and she said "well i guess we will see you here then" like she was trying to call my bluff. I got there and the guy at the register was smirking and asked how he can help me. I am sure he knew the situation already since he looked like a manager. I asked the only worker that had been super nice to us about the hat and let her know the hat was given to him by someone who had passed and only until i told her that, she went to retrieve the hat!!!!! She apologized and said the girl that answered the phone WANTED TO KEEP THE HAT!!!! But she convinced her to give it back to me because it wasnt just any hat!!!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to eat here!!!! If I had not shown up, she wouldve taken my son's hat and never own up to it!!! She never came out to show her face! REPORT THIS PLACE FOR HIRING DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! If it happened to us - IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!! Absolutely disgusting for a family pizza place. read more

Bunch of lunch 11-2 I would honestly say come after 12:30 pm on a Saturday or a Sunday because that's the lunch rush and they are constantly making fresh pizza. Matilde Rigel D have excellent service and was frequently coming to our table to clean, and give us new plates so we can continue to get more pizza and salad. We got here and this location is really calm and not rowdy which we liked. Ambience was perfect if you don't like a big crowd. read more

We spent my daughters 15th Birthday here. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Came on a Monday with about 35 family members we were accommodated with seats for everyone. Put in an online order. Got there 15-20 mins later, let the cashier know and took a seat. (I shouldve asked how long my order was gonna be) sat there for about 10 minutes while the girl took 2 phone orders and 2 walk in orders. After about 10 mins she asks me my name agan then i hear her say something about a salad as she proceeds to make the salad i ordered. My food had been sitting there since before i walked in and all she or ANYONE had to do was make a fu*king salad. My pizza was sitting there for at least 15 mins; chicken and mojos were already pre-boxed and sitting in some kind of heating box. Such a waste of money. Everything was trash. read more

As one of my favorite pizza parlors that I go to in Carson I'm very disappointed in the customer service. On Saturday night around 9:50pm I walked in shakeys "Carson " and what told machines were already turned off and they were closed .. which is understandable.. what my issue is was the laughing and giggling behind the counter!! Door was still unlocked and the open sign was still on . I really didn't appreciate the customer service and honestly I may not be returning to this location due to the disappointing acts that were made. read more

Horrible experience!! Pizza, chicken, and potatoes. You'd think it would be a fast and easy meal, but apparently not. It's been an hour and still waiting for my food. Organization is poor, hygiene is poor, customer service is poor! Fountain drink has ice piled under it since I got here, floor is very sticky. I watched them clean a table next to me and just wiped all the crumbs on the floor. Why put on gloves to just touch your face and hair and then touch the food??? Worst outing ever! read more

On Tuesdays the service is horrible. We had to leave without eating or drinking anything. So pissed. A female hostess eating in the main dining room. A male server was sitting in the bar area, on his phone and not helping the staff or the customers just in the way of where drinks are being served. Overall my experience today 5/23/23 was horrible and has made such a bad impression and made my teeth itch that I will not return to this location. Also they do not have beets on their salad bar, WTH. The only thing that this restaurant was good for today was the good music and a quiet atmosphere.
