Went in today at about 3:40 pm to use the 7-inch individual pizza vouchers that my kids received at school for perfect attendance. It was actually not crowded at all and very quiet. I felt very good about the situation. We waited about 10 minutes for the people in front of us to order. Not because they ordered a lot of food, but because they didn't know what they wanted. We came up to order next and it was quick and easy. The woman who took our order was ok too. She said to give them about 10 minutes. So I don't have any complaints about the customer service. HOWEVER, it took us an ENTIRE HOUR to get our order! Literally left at 4:52!!! I wish I would've asked for a receipt! I just had to say how frustrated I was. I did not take it out on the workers at all. But waiting with two hungry children and being hungry myself. It was too much and honestly ruined my entire day. I will never return to this Shakeys ever again! I don't even care the circumstances. read more

Nostalgia is a funny thing. It can take you back to relieve cherished memories or drop you off the side of a cliff like a rock. Shakey's was my cliff. I was the rock. I'd been craving those Mojo potatoes of my youth after being bombarded by recent Shakey's commercials on TV. Yes, TV is EVIL . You forget that what you see is illusion. Bunch o Lunch was an opium haze dream. Was it ever as good as I remembered it or is it a trick played by my age ravaged brain? Whatever the case, MAJOR disappointment. Parking in this plaza is a nightmare. People here don't know how to drive or park. Throughout my lunch, I imagined my car being dented by some jalopy with plates registered years ago or missing entirely. Upon ordering, my wife and I didn't get our entire discount we were entitled to but they made sure they charged my donation to Toys for Tots. Pizza consisted of 3 choices. Pepperoni, pepperoni & mushrooms, & pepperoni w veggies. Pasta consisted of shells & starchy, ghastly spaghetti. They did have a strange marshmallow pizza that was stiff as a board. The corn was canned corn in water. The Mojos were acceptable but a bit bland. The chicken was pretty good to their credit. Nice crispy skin on the thighs that I know I shouldn't eat. They do have roast chicken as well but I didn't try it. It is a cheap lunch which will fill you up if that's enough to make you happy. I unfortunately was chasing a childhood dream that ended like a WWF match where the guy gets tossed out of the ring or smacked in the head by a folding chair. Sometimes nostalgia hurts. read more

The chicken and mojos were yummy but the two pizzas I ordered, not so much. When I opened the boxes the pizzas looked like they'd been sitting for awhile. I arrived at the counter to pick up my online order right at the time it was supposed to be ready. I was told my order wasn't ready yet and waited another 10 minutes before they called my name. Had a taste for some mojos and pizza today. I went in today around 2:55pm, Kayla was the person who to our order. She provided good Customer Service, as she patientlywaited while my daughterfigured out what topping she wanted. My daughter had a coupon she got from school. She ordered her pizza and I ordered the medium pizza with mojos. I waited about 20mins for our food. I got home and was soooo disappointed with Shakeys. My supposed to be mojos didn't have no potatoes inside, crust fried crust. It was like eating potatoes chips... sad when your expecting to eat a mojo potatoes and you take a bite and nothings inside. Lastly, the thin crust pizza I ordered, not good at all. Burnt and warm, not even fresh and hot. It wasn't even crowded, so I don't understand what went wrong. Put in an online order. Got there 15-20 mins later, let the cashier know and took a seat. (I shouldve asked how long my order was gonna be) sat there for about 10 minutes while the girl took 2 phone orders and 2 walk in orders. After about 10 mins she asks me my name agan then i hear her say something about a salad as she proceeds to make the salad i ordered. My food had been sitting there since before i walked in and all she or ANYONE had to do was make a fu*king salad. I have been to this Sharkey's location a couple of times for their lunch buffet. Food is good and I like the variety. But the star of the restaurant is a server by the name of Matilde Robel. She makes the dining experience that much nicer. She's constantly watching the floor picking up dirty plates and handing out clean one. I have never once had ask for a clean plate as Matilde is always making sure the guest have what they need. I would recommend dining at this location. read more

The main reason I don't like this place is that they can't get the order right. Either they can't read or just don't want to get it right. I was told that because I paid cash, I had to come back the same day for a refund. I had my receipt, but why should I be inconvenienced? I ordered pick up from shakey's for dinner. When I got home I opened the box of mojos and the chicken was underneath. It looked as they where trying to hide the chicken. As you can see in the picture it was not good at all! It must have been there for hrs and than re-fried to warm it up. Stepped in on a Thursday afternoon with my nephews to check out their bunch of lunch offerings. All in all, the service was friendly and attentive. The mojos, pizza, and chicken were awesome. The salad bar left a little to be desired but for the price it is to be expected. Kinda sucks that drinks are a separate charge as this location charges $14-$16 for the buffet per person without a drink. But I still think we got our moneys worth. Would definitely check it out again if I have time and need a quick lunch. read more

I'm surprised i didn't write a review on this one I used to always come here for my lunch break for the buffet which was well worth it. Today I called my pizza order in. So of course they gave me it will take 20 mins routine. So i actually get there 25 mins later and my pizza wasn't done the place is always packed at lunch time during the week i would not go there during the times of 11:15am to 1:00pm sometimes the line goes out the door but anyways today this review is all about customer service which sucked two people making the pizza and stuff were acting irritated towards the cashier and manager saying they can only do so much you should know its the lunch crowd and the pizzas are going fast so anyways when it comes to the service they are under par but im sure its much better after or before the lunch hours.
