The sourdough was fresh with a nice chew and held up well to all the toppings without getting soggy. Everything tasted fresh, and Ike's signature sauces added plenty of flavor. My only real complaint was the meat-to-bread ratio. While the sandwich was piled high with vegetables and toppings, it didn't contain nearly enough meat. I found myself running out of meat well before I finished the bread and the rest of the ingredients, which left the second half feeling a bit unbalanced.
