    Onion Rings

First time here and it was pretty good. Double Patty was satisfying and delicious. Beefy smash burgers. The buns were nice but probably not enough bread for a double. Getting a single next time. I did add grilled onions and they were not stingy. I liked the fries. Onion rings were ok. Service was good. Ordered on the kiosk and shortly thereafter the food arrived. Very spacious inside. Outside seating available. I'd definitely come back. Thank you.

Love the many self serve tablets that you can order from! I enjoy being able to stand there and decide whether or not to use my rewards or order this or that without the stress of ordering quickly. My food always comes out fast and is tasty as expected. Convenient parking in the nearby parking garage and on Marina Dr.

    K-inspired menu

Order now through their app! They're running a BOGO promotion (use code SPICYSWEET) for their limited‑edition Korean‑inspired menu. For this bold new venture, I ordered the burger, the chicken sandwich, and the K‑inspired French fries. K‑Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich: This was the standout for me. The chicken was perfectly fried and coated in a sweet‑and‑spicy gochujang glaze that really delivered. The added coleslaw gave it a refreshing crunch and balanced the heat beautifully. 5 out of 5. K‑Shack BBQ Burger: The crispy fried onions felt out of place on a Korean‑inspired burger. Fried onions aren't used in Korean cuisine, and the flavor didn't mesh with the theme. It wasn't bad, just mismatched. 3.5 out of 5. K‑Fries: The fries came seasoned with cayenne and served with a gochujang aioli that tasted surprisingly similar to a pad Thai peanut dressing with a hint of kimchi. I thought it was interesting; my partner wasn't a fan. 3 out of 5. Overall, I'm glad Shake Shack is experimenting and infusing global flavors into their menu. The world of burgers is endless, and this is a great example of how they continue to stay relevant and creative.

BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free shake for Rewards members Perusing all the shake offerings, I thought I'd get into the current fad & order the Limited Time Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake. Asking the manager about it, he said they ran out of the ingredients, but more is currently unloading from the supply truck, parked outside on PCH. I was told the wait would be around 30 minutes, and decided to stay for my first foray into the Dubai Chocolate craze. Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake- Frozen pistachio custard, blended with toasted kataifi, coated in a crackable dark chocolate shell, topped with chopped pistachios & shredded kataifi. Good? Yes. Good enough to wait 30+ minutes for? No. And, I would say that for the overall Dubai Chocolate phenomena. Most Middle Eastern restaurants serve knafeh, with some offering Nutella-topped knafeh. That is a cheaper, and much better, original version of Dubai Chocolate. Shake Shack's version was cool & refreshing, however. The toasted kataifi gave the drink the crunch of Frosted Mini-Wheats. The chocolate shell was akin to Magic Shell chocolate syrup. Pistachios are pretty pricey, so having a generous amount of chopped pistachios was a plus. Great on a hot day, I was satisfied with my Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake. Service was excellent. The manager was friendly and didn't have to fill me in on the restocking of supplies from the truck. He made sure to create my shake, despite not having to make it a priority. Plenty of seating inside & out, Shake Shack is located across Fire Wings at 2nd & PCH. My initial visit to a Shake Shack was at a Los Angeles branch, and I left underwhelmed with their burger. Their shakes, however, are highly recommended, and the personal service I received from the manager made me an appreciative customer of the 2nd & PCH eatery. I hope to come back soon.

Came for baby back ribs burgers and genuinely enjoyed every bite. Ordered online and picked up easily. Only downside was parking spot. A bit pricey but worth a try.

Stopping in for a shake fix on a rare occasion. Service was friendly and welcoming. Order on the app for a quick pick up to avoid the line. Pick up at the front counter. Staff were prompt to make sure my order was complete. Inside kiosk order tablets available or head straight to register. Inside seating area was clean woth enough seating for a group. Flavored with malt gave a nice twist on a classic. Will definitely order that again.

What kind of chicken nuggets are these?

I usually happy with shake shack.... Love their burgers....But I ordered chicken nuggets from post mates tonight and got all these chicken batter scraps........ I'm never ordering any chicken items from here ever again.

Shake now has a self service kiosk. Fairly user friendly but some customizations you can do at the register you can't do on the kiosk! Examples, no way to add mustard on a hot dog (just pick up the packets and squeeze!); no way to add lettuce to a Smoke Shack burger. Definitely took longer to put our order in vs at the register but many are switching out to kiosks. Burgers and hotdog were very good. Fries and fried pickles also very good. Rootbeer floats were just okay. Leftover ice cream, would have loved a rootbeer refills (remember A&W?). I'll have to.ask next time. Still a solid place for fast food.

    Chicken Shack with NO CHICKEN!!!!

I ordered a chicken shack burger, along with a few other items for carry out. After I got home and opened up the bag, the chicken sandwich looked kinda small. I took a bite and there was no chicken in my sandwich! How does that even happen?!?!

I've been a fanboy of shake shack for a long time. In my first trip to Manhattan in 2011, I went to the original location in Madison Square Park. My friends and I enjoyed the "beefy" flavored blend of the burger over their potato roll so much that we ended up checking out five other shack locations in the remainder of that trip. Ten years later, their first location on the west coast opened at New York, New York in Las Vegas in Vegas' version of MSG and "the park". We checked it out in their opening month. I'm glad that we have now have a location locally in Long Beach at 2nd and PCH. I still really enjoy their beefy burgers and their shakes; however, their fries remind me of Ore Ida and I don't love the prices and the small portion sizes of their sides. Cost keeps me from going more regularly; however, I'm still a fan.

Pain is driving 45 minutes to Shake Shack Long Beach for their limited Dubai chocolate shake and them selling out 2 customers before me I called them and they said they had 11 shakes left when I was exactly 11 minutes away so I'm still shocked it sold out that quickly, however these 2 items made up for it Black truffle burger 8.32/10- honestly this burger was insane. It was made with Gruyère cheese, crispy sweet onions, and black truffle sauce made with real black truffle oil. The black truffle sauce was incredible - it had this deep, rich flavor that you can tell comes from using actual truffle and not just artificial flavoring. It kind of reminded me of the TRUFF sauce but less intense and more integrated with the other ingredients. The Gruyère cheese had this amazing nutty flavor that paired perfectly with the truffle, and the crispy sweet onions added this perfect textural contrast and subtle sweetness that cut through the richness. I honestly prefer shake shack's chicken burgers to their angus beef but this was incredible and the beef patty was juicy and perfectly cooked with that signature smash burger crust. All the flavors melded together so well in every bite. Avocado bacon chicken 9.56/10- this is one of my favorite burgers if not my favorite from shake shack (I still miss the limited Thai green curry chicken shack ). They put a huge piece of chicken breast and it was fresh and perfectly breaded. The avocado was also incredibly fresh and buttery. The bacon was cooked to that ideal point where it's crispy but not burnt, with that smoky-sweet flavor that complemented the creamy avocado and juicy chicken perfectly. The lettuce added this nice coolness, and their special sauce tied everything together. The bun was also very good and perfectly soft with a slight sweetness that made every bite amazing. Super solid burgers! I love how they get creative and have seasonal options. My go to is the shroom stack burger, can't go wrong with a crispy fried mushroom with molten cheese ON a burger! The shakes are thick and I love a crinkle fry. Only con, they're a little pricey

We came all the way from Santa Clarita and we're not disappointed. Past all the namebrand places by the aquarium and came here and we're not disappointed. No one was disappointed actually, we were surprisingly pleased with our selections. Sleeper items are the fried cheese curds by themselves. Make sure you get these. I'm not sure if it's always that lively on Friday nights, but it was the weekend of Warped Tour, so there was a lot of music and energy. If you're looking for a quieter meal, this may not be the best night to visit. The food itself was good, but the wait was much longer than expected. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. Unfortunately, my burger was also made incorrectly. I ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger but was served a different burger instead. Not quite sure what it was, but it had mushrooms and American cheese. Since we had already waited so long, I decided to just eat it rather than send it back. The burgers were flavorful, but they were smaller than I expected for the price, and they don't come with fries. To round out my meal, I ordered the poutine fries. They were decent. The fries were nice and crispy, which I appreciated. My husband ordered the Burger Don Chendo, and that ended up being the standout of the night. I usually don't like spicy food, but this burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the portion size for the price, the experience was a bit hit-or-miss. I'd be willing to give them another try, especially for the Don Chendo burger, but I'm hoping for a smoother experience next time.

The Win-Dow captures exactly what an LA burger should be: quick, simple, delicious, and affordable. Now they have locations throughout Southern California, including this one in Long Beach--which I especially like because it isn't surrounded by hundreds of hipsters. It's in one of my favorite parts of Long Beach, where you still get those laid-back beach-town vibes. The staff is usually pretty straightforward. Smiling must be considered an "ick" nowadays, but no worries--I'm here for the burgers. I've been to every Halloween pop up, they have been doing this for 2 years now. I was there on Sunday 10/04 and had the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First, it started at the enterance. My reservation was at 3:45pm. Security checked our ID's and then asked us if we had a reservation. He asked us to wait in line. We were the first ones in line with a reservation anyways and figured we would have to wait just like the others who were still waiting for their 3:30 reservation. No biggie. But. then a much larger group came and stood in front of us who had a 4pm reservation. We didn't think much of it and were waiting patiently until 3:30 and 4pm were called up first and seated before us. It wasn't even 4pm yet! Made security aware of his mistake and we barely got an apology. I let it go and still had to wait more time to be seated. So then we get seated, it takes 30 mins to just get water. No one has came around to take our order or say they will be with us in a few, nothing. As we are waiting another party of 2 come and sit next to us. They waited half the time and were helped before us!!! Welp, it gets worse you just wait. We get our food first, still no drinks. Drinks got there much later. Well, I started to eat my food cause I didn't want it to get cold. Not time to wait for drinks water will do. I bite into my pot pie it was barely warm. I decide to keep eating it until i got to end of the bite and that's when i got cold juice and the dough was mushy. I made the waitress aware (she had just taken over our table) and she put in another order. Not even 5 mins later, I get my second order. I noticed one bit was a little burnt on top but whatever at this point i'm not trying to ruin the experience for my friend. I go to pull apart my 2 bites and i notice the reason why they were stuck. The dough was RAW and the chicken inside was FROZEN. I had my friend poke it because i was shocked and couldn't belive this BS. Called the waitress over she was really sorry and i showed her how i couldn't even cut into the chicken and you could see the ice on the chicken. She offered to bring out another order but I was done. I didn't want to be disrespected yet again by this establishment. She said she would have the manager come talk to me. I didn't really care to do so but he came. He came to the table a little strong and aggressive. Telling me he actually touched the bite and it was WARM. My friend and I sat there SHOCKED! We all poked it and felt it ICE COLD!!!! So, basically calling me a liar to my face. He's telling me he will get another order out, I refused. I told him I would only pay for the 2 drinks and 1 order of the pot pies. He kept going on about how it was only the second day and he didn't hire enough staff and blah blah blah. I don't mind waiting i'm okay with that. But when others are seated before me and waited before me, then the food went from cold to FROZEN. I have a damn problem. He should've saved his "apology", if you can call it that. He did cover our 3 items which was the least he would do after all disrespect i've endured. I sat there waiting for my friend to finish her food and we finished drinks and left. Cindy our waitress took over after the first waitress left to lunch. She was really nice and none of this was her fault. I asked if I could tip her and she refused and said we didn't have to. I wanted to so I did. I insisted! At this point, the manager came around the corner and i could hear him on her about the tip. I had to intervene and tell him I WANTED TO DO THIS FOR HER. He was really out of line with her!!! She was trying to explain to him that i insisted on tipping and he was not listening to her! Get a new manager. This guy is not a people person. He's a gaslighting individual who has now cost you loyal customer. Days ago I get one of your loyal customer emails. Nice way of treating your loyal customers. P.S. It was very obvious who they wanted to seat & serve first and it wasn't the Latina and Black girl.

I appreciate a place that delivers good quality across a large variety of items. Their hot dogs are unique, served on soft King's Hawaiian rolls. The burgers consist of crisp edged patties stacked on toasted buns. The breakfast burritos are some of my favorite in the area. It wraps all that goodness into one comforting tortilla. Perfectly balanced. You want that shit for dinner? Well you can have that here. Dog Haus hits the spot every time.

I did call DoorDash and they said since I didn't pay them, they can't make it right and to call the restaurant back. In addition, this place isn't cheap. They didn't offer to refund or redeliver. The person who answered the phone said I can call back tomorrow to try and talk to a manager. I called back to get the managers contact so I will contact her but this is the worst service ever. Someone should take ownership of the problem and make it right without me having to do all these things. Deleting the app and disputing the charge.
