Tiny little entre box for $12. You got to be kidding me. Don't buy the Charcuterie Salad
    Esteban C.

The Charcuterie Salad cost $11.90 and it is served in a tiny little box for entre meals. Please warn customers. No way this tiny box costs almost $12.

I tried their breakfast three times so far and each time I get a different result. What is constant is that the food always comes out hot, so I know they are making it to order. And they don't use a lot of salt, which I personally really like. These are the items I've gotten so far: The Ranchero Bowl ($9.99) - This was pretty good. I liked the slightly crispy hash browns at the bottom and the egg on top with the salsa on the side. Their salsa is pretty hot, so if you're not into spice, don't get it. On its own, it's a bland dish, but add the salsa, and it makes it taste so much better. I also really enjoyed ketchup with this dish :) I got a breakfast sandwich ($7.09+) one morning and it was exactly as described - Scrambled eggs with toast and your choice of meat (turkey, sausage or spam). Nothing else - salsa is extra (I think it's $.80), and you can grab ketchup for free when you pick up your meal. It was dry and pretty bland, but it tasted pretty good once you added ketchup and salsa. One day I tried their Spinach and Mushroom Burrito ($8.99) - This was pretty good, but again, bland without the salsa and the ketchup. I also wish they threw cheese in it to make it more of a savory dish. I would say, if you're watching your salt intake, this is a really good choice - Each item was made to order and it was hot when I picked it up. It's also nice because you can always add condiments to make it tastier. Just a quick note: If you're staff you won't be charged tax. Water cups and hot water are free here. And you can use Grubhub to order all of your food and pick it up when you're ready (which I've done since after my first day).

Came here on a Friday around 12:00pm no wait to order. They give you a beeper to track when you order is ready. I always get the hamburger combo 13$ and burger is always good. They used to put a pickle on the side not no more. Fries were good and burger a good size. A bit on the oily size. Ambiance TVs on wall and music radio playing.

I don't eat down there unless i really have to. Today was one of these times. I search for healthy options so I decided to locate the menu online, read it and choose. For my bad luck the actual menu downstairs does not match the actual menu :-( so I had to choose a different item. I thought the chicken is a white grilled chicken and ended up with a crispy fried one, and they serve you chips on the side... when I requested something healthy, she took the chips and I have to pay for the salad :-( I'll just share the picture of the salad. Of course I went downstairs, they throw the salad and gave me a less amount that looked so fresh on the top. Just removed one layer to get back to the last picture.

A very good spot to go to on campus to get food! If you are in lower campus area and do not want to take all the flights of stairs up to The Nugget! Food: they have a big variety which is awesome! Breakfast is served up to 11am. They have pizza, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and etc. they have a 500 and under calorie option as well as veggie options. Basically the menu is just about the same as The Nugget. Pricing: decent pricing. However just bummed they don't have fries as a complementary side item. The food is nothing grand or extraordinary but you sort of get what you pay for. Except I paid more for my grilled cheese and fries than I would normally pay at In-N-Out. But I was hungry so I didn't have much of a choice. During school hours it's quite busy and bustling in here. People are here to study, eat or relax. It's heavy traffic because of engineering, people walking back and forth from lower/upper campus or to the SRWC.

We'd be happy to come down again in traffic, because it's absolutely worth the drive here. Some find the pizza sizes small or the prices high in comparison to your average pizza joint - but your average, everyday pizza place in California is just...ew. Their crust is very thin, Neapolitan style in a brick oven, beautiful and a little chewy, slightly-charred from the brick oven. Amazing texture. Traditionalists, so we just got the Margherita and Bianco, adding some mushrooms and a drizzle of truffle. SOO good. We also tried the fried zucchini blossoms, which were very light and not oily at all. Caesar salad was very delicious and fresh, also had the octopus, which was perfectly grilled and like eating steak. To finish, we had some amazing coffee with tiramisu. Wow. Not usually a fan, but their tiramisu was super light, not overly sweet, and super good. Thanks to our wonderful server, Diana ! Super friendly and everything came out quickly. Eveything is delicate, fresh, lovely, and makes you feel like you're in Italy. Can't wait to be back. Tutto bene, grazie!

Mid week when we arrived which wasn't too crazy. There was no one on the patio which was nice as it gave us first choice for a seat...lol... Everyone was seating inside. The place itself isn't that big. You have the bar area with some bar seating. Then there's a couple of tables inside and of course the patio which is along the sidewalk. Personally I prefer sitting outside for the people watching. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Places like that make the experiences more enjoyable. You want someone who is friendly and respectful. As we were there early, we grabbed one of the beer which they have quite a good selection on tap. There's also wine if you're not into beer. When it came time to grab some food, we were able to get a table inside. Majority of the breweries tends to serve pretty much the same things, pizza sandwiches and salads. No complaints here. Simple food goes a long way. There were a couple of us so we grabbed a few things to share. Started off with the pretzel balls with cheese dip and honey mustard and the chips with queso cheese dip. Pretzel was tasty and outdid the queso dip. Pizzas of course which were pretty big in sizes. A couple of the pizzas and a salad did four of us with leftovers. Their Hawaiian pizza was quite tasty and was finished. We also ordered one of the mushroom pizzas with an egg. It was tasty but a little on the salty side. The arugula salad was delicious. Simple but tasty. And then there was ham pizza I believe with onions and peppercini. That was also a favorite of the night. Overall, the place was quite fun. Not a big brewery and more intimate. The crowd was great and as most places are very kid and family friendly. There was couple of kids when we arrived. Service was great. Food and drinks were enjoyed and the service and staff were excellent. Street parking available along the front but also along the neighborhood.

We ordered the veggie pizza, the pepperoni pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza, lemon pepper wings, and hot wings, and the potato wedges. The cheese is so good, and they do not skimp. The BBQ chicken pizza was good but we all thought it needed more BBQ sauce. The wings were crunchy and full of flavor! The wedges were cut to a decent size, seasoned well and crunchy on the outside. Their ranch is also great, I am not sure if it's made in house but it tastes like it is. The staff were incredible accommodating, super sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were showing the baseball game so the TVs were a little loud but overall it was a really great place. It was the best way to end the night after graduating with my masters degree! Woot woot!

We ordered a half and half pizza online for pickup and spent over $30 for pizza and a 4oz container of ranch. They told us it would be about 20min when we ordered so we got ready and left. We got there probably 15min after we ordered and grabbed two cokes while we waited. I tried to pay with cash and was told he might not have change to give me. I said that was ok even though it's pretty lame that you don't keep change in your register. He happened to find a very large coin bag and made me change. We were sitting right at the front and you couldn't miss us. They asked us a few times what our name for the order was and we told them the same thing every time. Finally after about 10 min they asked us for the 3rd time what our name was and then walked away. We could hear someone say "the order for Kymmy didn't leave they are here" or something along those lines. We kind of just looked at each other. The guy that rang us up came over and said, "sorry something happened to your pizza it'll be another 20min or so". At this point we had already been waiting about 15 min for the pizza. So we said ok because we were starving. One of the employees asked us if we drank wine we said no we didn't and that's why we were drinking cokes. He said, "ohh, okayyyy..." and gave us a very judgmental look. Like sir, you don't know why we aren't drinking. We also kind of figured he wanted to give us a few beverage for the mix up. But that was the end of it. We heard someone say our name and we asked if ours was ready and one girl acted like we were being impatient while waiting. Like we didn't just wait over a half hour for food. Finally our pizza was done after a total of 40 min and there was very minimal apology for the delay. We took it back to our hotel and we were so excited it smelled so amazing and it looked so good. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were when we took our first few bites. It was not that great. We had ordered pepperoni and the veggie pizza. We ate half of it because we were starving and very quickly regretted it. It made both of us super sick on top of everything else Needless to say we won't be back here and won't be recommending this place either

Overall, it was solid--sauce had good flavor, cheese was decent, and the dough was nice. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely a respectable slice. My only issue was the balance--there was a bit too much cheese for the crust, so even folding it New York-style, it didn't hold up well and kind of fell apart. A little more crisp on the bottom would've made a big difference. I also tried their Sicilian grandma-style focaccia pizza, and honestly, that was a huge letdown. It had this dusty, raw flour taste right away, was dry and spongy, and way overpowered with Parmesan. It just didn't come together at all--pretty disappointing, especially for the price. I've had frozen pizza that tasted better. Ended up just picking at the cheese to salvage something. On the plus side, the service was friendly and the space itself is chill--nice casual vibe with a few tables inside and outside to hang out. All in all, the regular slice was decent, but the focaccia pizza really missed the mark for me. Probably not a spot I'd go back to.
