Where is the common sense? Both young ladies working there at 8:35 pm on Thursday April 9 did not have any common sense at all. If someone wants to add an additional topping for a charge, why wouldn't you allow them to? I purchased the exact same thing just last week without any issues. The prior staff understood, charged me for the extra topping and simply added a scoop of the chocolate crunch to my Dubai chocolate cup. Always a good start. As I scanned the flavors one immediately caught my eye... pomegranate. That was an easy decision. I loaded it up, added some fruit on top, and just like that I was in business. The flavor was refreshing, bright, and exactly what frozen yogurt should be after a movie... light, sweet, and satisfying without feeling heavy.
