I'm only reviewing the electric bikes. For around $8/ hr you can ride to your hearts content. Many places i.e. lake chelan washington charge $20/hr and for 18 yr and up whereas this place allows you to be fitted to the bike based on height . The bikes are a perfect size for me, small, easy to handle, and light weight so I can easily pick it up to move onto pavement or pass any obstructing barriers. The service is always quick and friendly. The location is great, next to Starbucks on Denman st so you can go use the restroom before taking off to Stanley park and grab some drinks on your way. I just found this out after paying $9 for half day parking down the street that this place has free customer parking behind their store. Bonus!!! I had a great time with my 9 year old niece, they lowered the seat for her. Families with kids should really try the electric bikes. Thanks to EzeeRiders I was able to see the entire Stanley park. If I had to walk it or actually bike it, I would only be able to see 1/4 of the park. I highly recommend this place! Another BONUS: 1 hr free when you return with a friend

The only reason you should pick this place over other bike rentals is the pedal assist they offer…read moreon all their bikes. I've never used one before and it was pretty cool going uphill. The bad part is all their bikes are poorly maintained. Handle bars not aligned, low pressure on the tires, and bent tubing. Their helmets are disgusting. Yellow inside from sweat and probably not disinfected after each use. We had to ask for a bike lock before leaving the shop for our ride and it was some poorly made Chinese brand lock. Of course when we used it it took 15mins of fiddling with the lock to unlock it. Lastly there was a blob of red paint that was smeared on the right pedal of the bike and I didn't notice until I got back to the shop and my shoes were ruined. Complained to the attendant there and he didn't do anything about it.

There are buses but they don't run in the evening either... So I highly suggest you rent a vehicle or drive over to the island on a Ferry. The best option out of the 4 seaters is the Tracker. It runs on gas, there are a few colors (we got the "pink panther"), some automatic, some stick shift and is only $180/day. Another pro is that you can drive anywhere you want on the island with the tracker because they can handle it. the electric cars can hold 4 people as well but they're so much more expensive, like double the price about. But as mentioned above, the electric car is restricted to the scenic outskirts only because they can't handle some areas in the middle. The tracker has a bluetooth to radio plug that is used to play your music while driving. The top can also come off if it's sunny out and there's surpisingly a lot of space for people in the back. Neither the back or front in people felt smooshed. Overall, the whole trip was giving nostalgic y2k driving and I loved it. It went so well with all of the sightseeing we did around the island with the gorgeous nature, and they have a map that will help you do a huge circle around the island to all the scenic routes for a lot of gorgeous views. I definitely recommend this place if you need to get around the island!

Perfect choice. Very enjoyable and could go on any road. The roads are narrow, so I would be leary of a moped when there is lots of visitors on the road

They told me I had to do part of the diagnosis at home, and showed me how.....which I happily handled. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, when my turn arrived to bring my bike in, they told me that they couldn't do this repair until the fall. And some of my wiring has begun to blister, indicating that there is a risk of a fire if I keep riding it as is..... I have used this shop several times, and I was pretty happy with the service and work done to this point. But why the hell would you show me how to take care of diagnosing it, only to tell me that you aren't going to do the work as promised. No one even apologized for misleading me, or even seemed to give a shit about me, as someone that has spent several thousand dollars on service there. I will NEVER endorse this shop again. All I expected was the job to be done that I was promised....now I have to find someone to fix this wiring issue before something bad happens. What a joke. Way to be professional, Tuff City. And good job showing me I don't matter, and that you have no integrity when it comes to honouring your commitments.

Eric and Mathis were great, always on time and had outstanding knowledge of not just Orcas but all the islands. I appreciated Eric's dry humor and we were incredibly sad to leave the island. As an example of his service when we first landed he took us to the grocery store so we could stock and then held our luggage to complete other rides and came back and got us. He helped unload our luggage and our groceries. Thank you Eric for the great service and the laughs.

Not only did my wife and I (we are a same-sex couple) feel verbally attacked and belittled, we also felt physically unsafe in an unfamiliar place at night in the car of a woman who, upon finding out we were queer, decided to launch into a hateful diatribe. My heart was beating out of my chest until the moment we climbed out of the van. If you are looking for transportation on Orcas Island I urge you to avoid this company at all costs.
