I have the email for proof and photos, will post those at a later date. they will say the chair was a demo, but the arm rest was new, that's what I was told, and put on by someone at sunquest. the $450 cushion started falling apart with a few months, i was told that was new as well.

Frustrasted I left thinking I have to cancel my holidays. The noise got worse so on the advise of a friend I went to Apel auto they put it on the hoist and they Discovered the bolt on the driver side holding the new break was gone. There was also an indicator which kept flashing on the dash board. John (the manager) checked on that for me and sent me a YouTube video which explained what that was. It reassured me that my car was ok and there was no other trouble to it related to the accident. It took a few days for the car to be fixed and I was given a courtesy car from Enterprise. The staff arranged everything and even took care of returning the rental car when my car was ready for pick up. They are short staffed at moment due to covid-19 but both John and Jonathan have been wonderful in making sure my experience with kirmac is seamless and great. My car was also washed and vacuumed which was unexpected but much appreciated.
