They even let me hang around and ask annoying questions and watch how they were patching my tire, as I love to learn new things given the opportunity. Said he'd personally take care of it! I thought customer service was just a thing of the past that our grandparents told us about, like polio, or being able to buy a house and raise 17 kids while making $0.32/hr. Either way, service was quick, Chris made sure the lugs we're torqued to spec (not just blasted on with an impact gun), checked the tire pressure and even dressed the tires to make them shine!
