She insisted I come on down and see if my tire was repairable, even though I wouldn't get there until 5 o'clock. They even let me hang around and ask annoying questions and watch how they were patching my tire, as I love to learn new things given the opportunity. The mechanic and the desk staff were SUPER friendly, kind, good people. I'm visiting from 1000 miles away and I was so relieved to encounter such benevolent, genuinely helpful, happy people after being stuck in the pouring rain for an hour.
