The owner, Danny, was very helpful and nice and checked it out for me. He gave me a free estimate on how much it would cost to fix it up and let me rethink whether or not it would be worth fixing it all or just trade it in for a new car. Great service and very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm taking my new Accord there now for regular service/tune-ups.

Came here to get some suspension work done, on the recommendation of a friend…read more Parking is available in front of the building, but this can fill up. The owner/manager Danny (super chill and easy going guy) took care of me from the beginning. Usually I'm a bit edgy about trusting shops (including dealerships) as they've messed things up in my car before, but Danny was open when I mentioned the model-specific quirks for repairing my suspension. The other guys in the shop are easy going and friendly as well. I was able to guide them through the repair as the critical "quirky" parts of the procedures came up, and they were receptive. Very special mention for this, as most shops often have the "I know more than you do" attitude, followed by the "oh, I didn't know this repair for your car is different from other models, think I broke something" garbage. The entire shop is quite easy going, and there are cars going into and out of this place all the time. As a result, the work may take a bit longer, as the crew are switching back and forth between vehicles. But they have a nice lounge with Netflix, which kept me entertained. I also saw them offer other customers a lift to somewhere nearby such as Metropolis so they wouldn't be stuck at the shop for a few hours. During my repair, Danny even pointed out some failed components I didn't even know had broken. A quick call to the dealer to order parts, and I was back the next day. This repair took a while, but the shop was busy that day and I knew they were squeezing me in as a courtesy. No complaints. When the alignment was slightly off (common if the suspension isn't fully settled) after I picked up the car, Danny took the car right back in, no questions asked. He even took me around for a test drive so he could see the problem for himself. The price for replacing 4 controls arms, inner tie rod, and subsequent 4-wheel alignment(s) came to under $300 - almost too low, to be honest. Let's see the dealer do this work for under $1000. My suspension is now buttery smooth, and this shop has earned itself a loyal customer. Highly recommended.

My partner had taken her finicky mini to this place a few times. Each time Frank went the distance, fixed any problem and did it in a timely manner. Recently, our old 76 Chevy was running like poop. Between soft brakes and a poor charging system, we figured we were in for trouble. Frank looked at the van right away, like right away. He gave us some info, some options and worked on the van that day. In less than 24 hours it was ready to pick up. Brakes were shot, a new alternator was needed, and we dropped in a new battery too. Phewwf! Well worth it. The van feels solid like never before, stops on a toonie, and runs like a dream. I don't know if this thing ever ran this well in the last forty years. In summation, we are happy with the quality of work, the speedy service, and above all the honesty. Thanks Everbloom Auto. You guys are alllllllright!

Everbloom was a blessing when I first discovered them. They helped address many issues on my aging…read morevehicle and kept it running far longer than I expected. For that, I am genuinely grateful. Unfortunately, over time I began to notice a pattern. While many repairs and services resulted in positive improvements, they were often accompanied by unusual mistakes or oversights. For example, during a routine oil change, the oil pan drain bolt was stripped. On another occasion, I brought the vehicle in for an A/C repair quote and later discovered the A/C system had been left unplugged. There have been several similar incidents over the years. The staff have always been friendly and well-intentioned, which makes this difficult to say. However, the repeated carelessness has gradually eroded my confidence. While I appreciate the help they have provided, there have been too many instances where attention to detail was lacking, and at times it felt as though my concerns were not being given the level of respect and care they deserved.
