Anyone could easily reach over and grab the book. I refused as I did not feel comfortable. The only option given to me was they took a double deposit, well more than the cost of the walker I rented. in this day and age of credit card fraud I am appalled at their lack of care for people's credit card information. I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.
