We had a great breakfast at Seven Cafe. First time here, got seated promptly and had time to peruse the menu before ordering. I ordered country ranch skillet, eggs over easy, over hash browns (choice between hash browns or country potatoes) and upgraded my side to pancakes +$0.49. We also got the chicken fried steak, eggs over easy, with country potatoes + grilled peppers and onions for extra ~$1.50. Also got a mimosa and on Sundays, there's a discount. Will be back to try other items!

Stopped here for breakfast. We were seated promptly, staff is really friendly but not greatly attentive, I never got a refill on my drink but that was fine because the food was delicious and that made up for it. Will be back to try their other dishes.

Food is so bland, don't even look appetizing when it's brought out to you. Takes forever to get service, they walk around ignoring you. Here at breakfast right now and they haven't checked in with us in forever even though we are obviously trying to grab their attention. Waitresses are rude and have no awareness of what customers need and no customer service skills.

A good breakfast, but as you can see, the eggs were a little loose.

I decided to order DoorDash sent to my motel. The food came quickly, and was a good temperature. I ordered the good for you skillet, with fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onion. It also came topped with cheddar and Jack cheese. For bread, I asked for a tortilla, and Instead of potatoes, I asked for fruit, and got a very nice cup of melon slices . The food tasted very good. The only reason I am taking off a star was that while the food did taste very good, the eggs were just a bit soft for my personal taste. They could've been scrambled just a tad bit longer. Other than that, I had no problem with the meal. I would order from here again in a heartbeat. Next time I am in town I may go out to the restaurant itself. Thank you.

Love this place!!!!! Food is good! Drinks are amazing! Service is out of this world!!!!! The owner is so welcoming, friendly and accommodating!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

The food was terrible. I didn't even eat it because it was that bad. I was still forced to pay full price. I just wanted some really good french toast and I basically ate bread with syrup on it. Eggs were runny and my daughter spit the bacon out. Bathroom was not clean, should have trusted my gut and left. Will never go there again. However the OJ was good. But not worth the $37 I spent. Service was fine I guess, she took my order and brought me the check. Didn't check while we were eating.

Lovely as usual! Great food, great service and the ambiance is very casual. Certainly my go to place.

Love this place! But the bathrooms still suck & the food is getting worse. Give the bar staff a raise for keeping the doors open.

The Local has a ton of potential. My family and I were excited to try a new restaurant in Clovis ,…read moreand ran across positive reviews of this place. We headed in at an odd time yesterday around 230pm. It was late for lunch and too early for dinner. Nevertheless, we were seated in the front dining area, and ordered some entrees. The menu offers a lot of familiar favorites that you would expect to see at a a bar/ restaurant. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a few specialty plates. For my meal, I ordered The Local burger (no pickles of course) which was absolutely fantastic. Piled high with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes - this burger was executed to perfection. I ordered it medium, and it came out medium (imagine that). The best part was the sunny side egg that was placed on top. That first bite was heavenly. The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. My family has a sweet tooth. We all shared the chocolate cake and bread pudding . Both are nice options if you need something sweet to top off your meal. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. Our meals were coming out one by one which made it awkward when trying to eat together. Our server didn't offer refills on our drinks , and didn't bring us utensils -until we asked for them. I will be back to try more menu items , and enjoy a cold beer while watching the game.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, but…read morethe service was extremely slow. We waited a long time to place our order, another long wait for our food, and then an especially long time just for our server to return and run our credit card. The timing of the food was also frustrating. My husband and I received our short ribs and mac and cheese and were nearly finished eating before our son finally received his burger. The food itself was okay, but nothing particularly memorable or worth the long waits. We really enjoy supporting local businesses and always hope to find new places to return to, but based on this experience, we will not be coming back.

It's always open, the service is prompt and friendly, and the price is right. Yesterday, like so many previous times, we were getting a large group together for the Clovis Craft Brew Festival. What makes Neighbor's so perfect is that two friends arrived first, and despite being just a group of two, they were able to snag a table for 8. As other friends showed up over the next hour, we just kept adding to our table. And our server was wonderful! He greeted each new person/couple and quickly took their order. At one point, the poor guy had 4 different orders put in on 5 separate checks. But everything was delivered promptly and to the right person, despite us constantly shuffling around the table and changing spots with each new arrival. I just love the casual and laid back vibe at Neighbor's! The food is also delicious and fair priced, and my draft beer was icy cold and only 5 bucks.

We had a smoked salmon with sourdough toasted…read morebread and it was able to really balance the fatty/ soft texture appeal the salmon brings with its smoky profile and compliment it with the cream cheese, capers, spring mix, and fermented onion. Truly the Salmon Royale lives up to it's name. The french toast was also equally exquisite, reminding me of a light dessert after a savory meal following the Salmon royale. It was light, and semi sweet accompanied with cinnamon, maple syrup, topped with thin apple slices with whip cream. The thin apple slices added a fresh, natural sweetness that kept the French toast from feeling too heavy, while the whipped cream made each bite even lighter. The bread itself was light and dry, and the whipped cream amplified that softness with every bite. Lastly, the mimosa's we got had the OJ frozen in a ball in the center presenting itself as a sunny side egg which is to emphasize this restaurant theme and aesthetic of it being centered on egg! Service was also over all good despite being busy!

I ordered the All American Breakfast (eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast). My mom ordered the PaPa Breakfast Taco, my brother had the Tri Tip and Eggs, and sister in law had the B& G. I ordered my eggs scrambled as I do not like yolk. On first glance the scrambled eggs looked very appetizing and fluffy. Cut into them and they had not fully cooked and were runny on the inside and they completely lacked flavor even after adding g salt and pepper. Other family members had scrambled eggs and theirs were cooked all the way through. I did like the potatoes, the thick cut bacon and the slice of sourdough that appeared to be from a homemade artisan loaf. My mom, who doesn't really get too excited about food anywhere really thought the Papa Breakfast Taco was good. She like the flavors and said the tator tots were perfectly crispy. My brother said the Tri Tip and Eggs were okay and SIL said too that her eggs were just okay and really needed more gravy to be able to enjoy the biscuits. For a more upscale breakfast place than your typical breakfast spot and this being the sibling to Prime 13, I really expected the food to be better, especially when my breakfast was $20.
