They all worked hard, efficiently and thoroughly. The job was done very satisfactorily and on schedule. And I was charged just what I was quoted. I don't do this often but if and when I need to do it again I'll definitely call this company. PS: I just went up to the bathroom they cleaned. The sun had come out since they left-I was astonished-the bathroom shown! The bathtub gleamed!! Our house is 40 years, we've been in it for 35 years and this bathroom has never looked like this before today...WOW!

She came by and was able to asses my home and give me an exact quote for the deep clean I requested for specific rooms. She was super friendly and accommodating. We booked my cleaning later that day. Well todays the day! And let me tell you....... AMAZING. I was really hesitant to hire people to come clean my home.... I felt like "why couldn't I do it?" AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS WHY - these women know what they're doing. As a young new home owner, I don't know how to clean a stainless steel stove or stainless steel anything. I have no time for DIYs or research on how to clean something - so why not trust the professionals? Man. Upon looking at my home, the floors are spotless, baseboards free of dust, all the small books and crannies - SPOT LESS. Who has a junk table that is horrendous?! Then I called him on that and he promised to tear up check and mail back to me. When it didn't come, called again he said trust me. He tore it up. I cancelled check away $25 charge and guess what they tried to cash check. Now a year later I was sent to a collection agency. I showed all my documentation. Emails etc. and for over two months can't get a paid letter. It's too bad because the ladies were great!

But that is not what I got with this deal because only ONE person was sent to clean an entire residence in 3 hours. That is not good business or good management. At. All. The woman cleaned very thoroughly, but because she is only one person, she was only able to finish the kitchen and living room in 3 hours. She ended up working overtime to vacuum the rest of the place, but was unable to clean the bathroom. Nobody wins in this situation because we are left with a partially cleaned residence despite paying for a cleaning service, and an employee is overworked because she was sent on a one-person job meant for an entire team. I am incredibly disappointed and there needs to be a change in the way this deal is advertised or in the deal itself. Send an entire team to clean a residence. Make it a full cleaning instead of a timed cleaning. Nothing about the Groupon makes sense and is terrible business.
