I've had Fernanda clean my place for a while now. It's a small studio, but I can leave it in quite a state of disarray sometimes. Fernanda and her team swoop in every 3 weeks and make things beautiful. I come home to an apartment that looks and smells beautiful, clean clothes folded and my things in order. I really coming back to see a slightly different interior design for things; Fernanda has a great sense of what makes a room feel comfortable and good. Plus, once I figured out that I could use bill pay to send checks to Fernanda, everything's been on autopilot: every 3 weeks a check goes out and I come back after work to a great looking apartment. I found Fernanda's cleaning via yelp and they immediately replied my message and Sandoval came for estimate. On the day of cleaning, Luciana came exactly on time and she did great job. They were accommodating w not leaving key since my husband get uneasy w that. I asked for window cleaning but not only she cleaned windows as requested, she did excellent job around kitchen sink/ stove!!! Fernanda is a life saver! I am just days away from having a baby and desperately wanted my disaster of a house cleaned before she arrived. It's 3 needs 2 baths and I gave up cleaning it about 3 months ago so we're talking a bug job. After unsuccessfully trying Home Joy 4 times with them canceling on me each time because the size of the job was too big I needed someone who was up for the task and available soon...and man did I luck out with, Fernanda! When I booked my cleaning she originally planned on coming with 2 other people and working around 4 hours but the day before they both called in sick. She quickly contacted me to explain the situation and asked if she could come early because she was going to do the job herself. I was shocked...if I didn't have a baby deadline I would have told her to reschedule but she said she knew I was nervous about having it done in time and didn't mind working alone. The day of the cleaning I was only home for about an hour of it so I didn't have to be around the chemical smells. (I asked her to use regular cleaning products due to the amount of disinfecting/stubborn grease and dirt removal that was needed but I'm sure she'd use green products if you wanted) This means other than the most basic of directions I gave her she was completely self directed. When I came home I was in awe...appliances I thought I had ruined with months of baked on grease shined like new, every surface gleamed, shelves and closest I did have time to do before I left were cleaned out and organized. The house has literally not been this clean since the day we moved in! I couldn't be happier with her work and intend to set up monthly cleanings. Her prices are very reasonable. She charges by the job instead of the hour so you have to call her to come over for a quick estimate (took about 5 mins) but then you don't have to worry about time incase a job takes longer than expected...which almost always seems to be my past experience with other cleaners. Honest, detail oriented, thorough, self directed, and reliable are the words I'd use to describe the service I received. I feel like I won the House Cleaner Lottery! read more

We've had 4 house cleaners over the past 14 years. Without a doubt, Fernada is the best. She has worked with us for the past 2 1/2 years. She does all the things you'd expect, from a house cleaner: The house gets clean, looks nice, and smells great when she is done. Fernanda has been cleaning our home for over 6 months and I have never been this satisfied with any of previous people I hired. I should note that I have a dog, a ferocious Jack Russell Terrier and so it was very important to me that whoever I hired felt comfortable around the dog. Second, I was looking to have my apartment cleaned every other week and wanted to find someone willing to take on this schedule. Third, it had been my experience that the first cleaning is always excellent, but that the quality would diminish over time. So, I waited for a while before writing a review. Well, it turned out that all my worries were for nothing. Fernanda is great with my dog. In fact one day she actually texted me worried that my dog was missing (the pup was out walking with her dog walker). It was nice to know that Fernanda genuinely cares about my little monster. She has been extremely consistent with bi-weekly cleaning and hasn't missed a week. I love having my home cleaned on Friday because it gets the weekend started off on the right note. The quality is superb. My toaster oven is cleaned every single time. I mean I don't even have to ask for it. The toaster oven is the most used appliance in my home and having all the crumbs cleaned out every other week is key. Fernanda's follow-through is incredible too. I don't have to ask her about anything twice. I mentioned to her that we wanted to keep the bathroom door and bedroom door closed to keep the dog out. Ever since I asked for it, the doors have been closed every single time Fernanda had been at the house. Communicating with Fernanda is very easy. E-mail works and so do text messages. Her English is superb and there are never any misunderstandings. My house was basically a wreck with both my hubby and I working all the time plus our extra large dog Mulligan wandering around. I don't think I've ever seen someone work so hard!
