My wife and I have been using Victor and his team's services for close to two years now and we have been very happy with the services that they have provided. Scheduling- I set up a time with Victor by text and he'll typically get back to me within a couple of hours. I try to schedule things a month out but they have been flexible when I need a cleaning within a week. Punctuality- They have never been late and always show up at the schedule time. Service- As others have mentioned, they are very thorough. The floors, counter tops, and bathroom are spotless. They take the time to organize our dishes and even tidy up our kitchen and bathroom towels. They are also every efficient, which I truly appreciate. Victor and crew were excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and flexible so it was easy to schedule with him. I asked them to do a move out cleaning and they mopped the floors and cleaned up the whole place and placed all the extraneous stuff in a neat pile for me to sort through for the final walkthrough. Victors team is amazing! They were on time, charged a very reasonable rate, and really took the time to clean my apartment. (Deep clean for a non deep clean rate!) From the bathroom tiles, to the microwave to the kitchen, (and the hardwood floors) everything was spotless. They moved furniture around and even got rid of some stubborn dog hair from a friends dog who came to visit. Also they are very honest, and trustworthy - asked me how I'd like things done and took a lot of care with my more expensive things. I'd recommend them in a heart beat again. read more

I hired Aracely for a move-out cleaning, which turned out to be a much bigger job than we expected. After five years in the same apartment with my not-so-excellent cleaning skills there was a LOT of dust and grime and general grossness to work through. Aracely worked really hard and really thoroughly, even getting the awkward nooks and crannies, and I ended up getting my full deposit back. The service was more than worth the money. SMH... when I got home, speechless.... OMG, they blew my mind! They got all the little things I didn't even think of, nor do I even clean myself! I requested the refrigerator and microwave be done as well as the grout in the bathrooms. Not only did they THOROUGHLY cleaned them, they even cleaned the freaking toaster oven and stove, outside and IN (which I don't think I've myself cleaned since I moved in!) They were a 3-person team who came in, a family I believe, and they were very kind, quiet (as much as you can be while cleaning that is) and super efficient. If I could, I would LOVE to hire them again on a regular basis. They deserve special treatment for the kind of work they do and for the amount of joy and gratitude they make me feel when I come home to a super clean house. Aracely and Victor did a move-out clean of our large 3-bed, 2-bath apartment, and we were really pleased with how thorough they were -- especially since they quoted us a significantly lower price than the other services we contacted. The fridge, oven/range, bathrooms, and floors were all sparkling clean. They brought all the necessary cleaning supplies, including a vacuum and a mop, which was good because we had already moved ours to the new place. After a brief search for a new house cleaning service, I decided to go with Aracely because they responded the fastest and also had a handful of five-star reviews, including one from a client who mentioned having cats. I don't have cats, but I do like cats, so this was a good enough excuse to award Aracely bonus points. For these kinds of services, I'm inclined to give a fighting chance to newer businesses with few reviews rather than established players with fifty reviews, and I am very glad I did. Aracely arrived early, worked insanely hard, and single-handedly did the best cleaning this apartment has ever seen, beating even cleaning teams of two and three people in the past. The bathrooms are gleaming so much I want to invite people to my place and have drinks over the bathtub just to appreciate it; even the inside of a very full fridge got a lot of cleaning attention. I sent a message to Aracely on Yelp on Saturday night. I got a response from Victor within an hour. They were offering the best rates for our move-out cleaning services. We talked to Victor the next day to confirm his services for Tuesday. We were completely amazed by their prompt responses and professionalism for our very last minute request. On the day of the service, Aracely was spot on time with all her equipment. Our apartment was a complete mess considering it was on the ground floor of an old building in lower nob, which always has some construction happening around. Those hardwood floors, windows and the old gas stove needed a ton of cleaning. I could not have been more shocked looking at the results only a few hours later. She didn't need much guidance in cleaning all the problem corners. I wish we could hire her again for our new apartment. She is such a hard-working individual who is extremely thorough at her job.
