I contacted this company for a deep cleaning quote for my bedroom and was initially given a quote…read more Afterward, I mentioned that I had already hired another cleaning company first but was unhappy because several areas were still left dirty, which is why I was looking for a better service. Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.

We had an amazing experience with Buttercup Cleaning!…read more After finishing a basement remodel (2 bed, 1 bath), the space was extremely dusty and honestly overwhelming to tackle ourselves. Jorge came in and absolutely crushed it. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and didn't miss a single spot -- from floors to corners to all the fine dust that settles everywhere after construction. By the time he was done, the entire basement felt fresh, spotless, and truly move-in ready. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Buttercup Cleaning!

The team of cleaners that came over were easy to…read moretalk to and work with and after a brief discussion to confirm the areas we needed cleaned they got right to work and didn't need any additional assistance or details. The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. No headaches with scheduling and well worth the money for the job they did.

Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Amazing Cleaning Team presented itself as…read morea San Francisco cleaning company, but I was told the crew assigned to my appointment was coming from an hour away. Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.

Apartment was sparkling when they were done - even one of the bedrooms where we forgot to pick up the clutter beforehand was thoroughly cleaned and organized by the time they left (approx 3 hours for deep clean).
