The next day, I came back for the alignment and sat there for almost an hour, only to be told they couldn't do it because I supposedly needed lower control arm work first. But here's the kicker, they ALSO told me I needed two new tires. Two new tires...the same two tires I had literally purchased FROM THEM the day before. When I pointed that out, the guy's face said everything. Instead of approving any repairs, I took my car to the dealership where my warranty is and had them perform a complete suspension inspection. They found NOTHING wrong with my suspension or the lower arm bar control and no reason the alignment couldn't be done. What makes this even more concerning is that when I told a coworker what happened, she said her daughter had a very similar experience at this same place. I can only speak to my experience, but it left me feeling like they assumed I wouldn't question what I was being told or know enough about my own vehicle to challenge it. Maybe they thought because I'm a woman, I'd simply agree to whatever repairs they recommended. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs. I'm very glad I did. 09/24/25 update. My warranty service was able to do my alignment without any problems. Imagine that!

One guy messed with the sensors then a manager came and told me all of a sudden my sensors went out. I told him that's very interesting because they were working fine before they messed with them. He claimed that since my truck is over 10 years old that usually components start needing to be replaced. I told them I wouldn't be replacing them today and left. I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. When I got home I realized they also took off my tire air caps on all four tires. I happen to have an uncle that's been a mechanic for a long time and he said they were definitely scamming me. When I did finally get my tires replaced a few months later with another company, the guy turned my tire sensors on, no problem and they worked fine. Horrible work ethic and even worse integrity.

Coincidentally I had just taken my wife's car to Discount Tire to have her tires rotated earlier. She needed two Pirelli tires and they wanted $787 with the road hazard warranty. I asked Tire Store Service Center if they would quote me. They were almost $200 less and that included an alignment! Needless to say I am now a satisfied customer. The service work was quick, the customer service was very pleasant and the pricing very competitive!

They crammed my GOOD CONDITION O2 sensors inside my spare tire rim completely destroying the wiring cord. That I told them MULTIPLE TIMES I want my o2 sensors replaced and put in its correct positions as the previous owner installed them mismatched them. They also put another part that detaches in the car crammed as-well on top of the spare tire under the cover. About 2 weeks I've been trying to get my vehicle fixed here at this shop. I paid for a diagnostics to get an actual full breakdown on my vehicle. I leave my car for 4 days to finally get worked on by them and get all the issues repaired. I then get a phone call from a employee that I missed and I came inside the store then he sees me and asks, "what are we even doing with the Audi" and in confusion I told him "what do you mean I told you guys I want to go through with the repairs." He goes out back to make a call then gives me an excuse that they have to run tests. Then I have to wait 2 more days cause they didn't repair anything, but when they did.
