Scammers. I went to get my tires aired up and have them recoordinate my air sensors to their correct tire location. One guy messed with the sensors then a manager came and told me all of a sudden my sensors went out. I told him that's very interesting because they were working fine before they messed with them. He claimed that since my truck is over 10 years old that usually components start needing to be replaced. I told them I wouldn't be replacing them today and left. I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. When I got home I realized they also took off my tire air caps on all four tires. I happen to have an uncle that's been a mechanic for a long time and he said they were definitely scamming me. When I did finally get my tires replaced a few months later with another company, the guy turned my tire sensors on, no problem and they worked fine. Horrible work ethic and even worse integrity. read more

I was able to purchase the tires online pay for them. Set an appointment to come in appointment was for 11:45 and it is now 12:35 and they're just getting my truck in the door. What's the point of setting an appointment if the company that ask you to set an appointment so it'd be faster for you doesn't hold their end of the deal. read more

Yall, I love me some discount tire and this guy here is one hell of a sales man. Knowledgeable, speaks clear, knows how to talk to people, kind to anyone with loads of questions, and has a bunch of patience lol. I think he's a manager I'm not sure. But they hooked me up today and helped me get some nice tires and beat all the places prices I called today. And trust me I called around. We came here to inspect and replace my daughter's tires. The inspection was very thorough and all was explained to us. I found the tire prices to be reasonable and they were put on quickly The team seems to be understaffed and we had to wait a while to have someone help us despite having an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early. Also the parking is very limited and it's hard to get in and out of their parking area read more

This was a totally different experience from previous visits at Discount Tires. No complaining just different. This place was very welcoming and friendly. I was checked and helped by Marcos. He showed me my options and understood my tire needs. He proceeded to inform me and no pressure felt to buy anything. I ended up buying 2 new tires and washer blades and felt confident when I left. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the young fellow that kept me informed about my vehicle, but he was so nice as well. Ladies if you're looking for a friendly, clean and welcome place this is it. Plus there's a coffee station and WiFi. read more

There aren't enough good things to say about this particular Discount Tire. I absolutely love coming here because I know I am going to be taken care of quickly and professionally. The team always does an amazing job of explaining what's occurred, how long it's going to take to repair (if possible) and any costs associated. This is all done upfront and feels very transparent which makes me very comfortable that I'm getting a great deal. The location is clean and quiet and like I said before, the service is top notch. I won't go anywhere else! If you need tire service, this Discount Tire location is the only place to go. read more

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made it seem very easy to pick the proper tires. The wait time was about one hour which was very short since I went on a Friday. read more

I love this discount tires location, they offer an array of services, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and I like that they offer a lifetime warranty for issues with your tires. The wait times are decent and they consistently offer great service. I can tell that they take pride in their work and value their customers. I'm grateful this location is close by and I will continue to come here for tire needs. read more

I was the second person to arrive before they opened and was walked past by every tech upon which I had to go in and find my own help and after dealing with that I was told " It should be good to go in about an hour..." here I am an hour later the only person left from this morning and the car hasn't even seen a bay. Yet I've watched people pull up and be serviced before me time and time again while my car sat, only after I went in and confronted someone about the issue did they actually service my car. I will definitely be going to the Rufe Snow location from now on... read more

My wife's car had a tire that had a hole that could not be fixed so I went in thinking I would get a replacement since we had a warranty and I wanted to price the other 3 due to needing replacement. As it turns out there was a mileage warranty on the other 3 so Barry (the manager on duty) was able to give me a stellar deal on the whole set! I set an appointment for today and the team was great! Jacob and Brenden got me out of there in less than an hour with a full waiting room. we will be back FOR SURE! read more

Discount Tire - Air Squad Excellence with excellent tires from Discount! - Tires Near Me - Keller, Texas

Manager was awesome. Helped me quickly and was super understanding of needing to hurry since I had my baby with me

I went to Discount Tire in Keller TX as I have done many times before. I bought 4 new tires. They cross threaded all of my lug nuts every one. I had to work them back and forth with a large breaker bar to get them off without breaking them. One wheel I was unable to get them off. The stud broke off. That wheel is still on the car if it goes flat I'm not sure what I will do. I went back to Discount Tire and they directed me to Brakes plus down the street and said they would pay to fix it if I bought a new set of tires for $1000 read more

Discount Tire - Wheel with a missing lug nut. - Tires Near Me - Keller, Texas

Never ever again! Scammers! Sold us as well as our friend lug nuts with a bogus story about them being defective. Price kept changing and the information was a complete lie (checked and verified with our car dealership). The "experts" know nothing about tires and give crazy reasons for upgrading to more expensive tires. We always used discount tires (10-15 years) but they've lost good customers! read more

OMG YES YES AND YES USE THIS ONE. The temp dropped overnight and our tires were low pressure. It was raining horribly and cold... a really bad and yucky day. We pulled up to the front and the young man ran out in the rain and with a smile and warm greeting asked what we required. He then proceeded to fill all four tires in these abysmal conditions. Came back to the window and said no charge. All with a smile!!! Where are more employees like this! And kudos to the whole team. read more

Really hard to belive that a scheduled appointment should take 2.5 hours. Poor management and overworked employees are a disaster waiting to happen. Hope my tires stay on! read more

I was there today to get the air in my tires checked along with half of the neighborhood. You'd thought it dropped to 30degrees last night. Anyway I just wanted to thank Michael for checking my tires and having such a friendly, professional attitude! Always great service here! read more

I noticed a flat tire on my car while out shopping. Pulled into Discount Tire 15 minutes before they closed. They not only fixed my tire at no charge (I know they do that but it still seems too good to be true), they were kind. I came in with my 1965 Cadillac Calais. This car is my baby and I had my reservations taking it to a chain shop. Jeremy Franco up front was attentive and helped me make sure everything was up to spec and the car was treated with care. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job considering the unique requirements of the job I requested to be done. I almost felt like I underpaid for the quality of work done. I'd recommend the services of this shop to anyone, including those with classic cars. Jason on the shop floor was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone remained very professional and polite despite the various hiccups we encountered along the way. Thanks y'all! read more

Jacob and the Discount Tire team was awesome, thorough, efficient and helped explain the whole process for me..discount tire was also super fast in replacing all 4 tires and 4 sensors - 40 mins and I was out! Love it. Thank you! read more

Very quick service. Overheard other customers happy that their repairs were per warranties.

Brought my car in on Saturday as I had a nail in my tire and my tire pressure notification was on. The employee who helped me let me know that the air in the tire doesn't seem to be leaking too much, but I let him know I still wanted it out and patched as I have to drive back to Austin on Monday, and I don't want it to cause any complications during my long drive. He let me know no problem, and I dropped my car off with him. After I picked up my car and got home, I noticed the nail is STILL in my tire. They kept my car at their shop all day at and didn't even touch it. I am a very loyal customer of Discount Tires, and always purchase the additional warranties on the tires to cover things like this. It's extremely unfortunate the the workers at this store are so lazy and think they can take advantage of a young woman that may look like she doesn't know much about cars. Now due to the long holiday weekend, the shop is closed Sun and Mon, so I cannot get my car fixed before I need to head back out of town. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time. Do better Discount Tires. read more

Staff are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything that is going on with the vehicle. From tires to windshield wipers.

They stayed after close to help me after I had a long day myself. They were very generous and quick.

These guys provided great service. They went out of their way to get the tires to match my daughters existing tires for her car and put them on faster than I Anticipated. They even replaced the windshield wiper blades that I had already purchased for me. Highly recommend read more

Setup an online service appointment, showed up 10 minutes early and after waiting two hours my car hadn't been touched. Gave up and asked for my key back and the man behind the counter let me know I was checked in wrong. Lucky me (sarcasm) The tracker they text you went past its time frame as well so not sure I trust the reasoning. I don't recommend this location unless you can drop off your car or you have time to waste. read more

Always had great service and help at this location! Appointments are easy to reserve. Thank you!

Went by to get air in my tire at the air check, potentially needing to get my wife a new tire if any issues. There were two employees assisting cars @ the station and a large truck awaiting assistance for inventory drop off I assume? Anyways, Marcos came to my window to tell me that the air check was closed until the truck was one. As that's weird considering I'm a client and there's clearly a lot of staff. I won't be back, if customer service isn't priority - as there were 6 cars behind me and or looking for help. Marcos also offered zero assistance and just told me to wait an hour. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Wow! Discount Tire, Nolan and Carlos have been a bright spot in a tough week! I ran over a bolt in the road with my new Toyota RAV4:(. Two tow trucks no showed and left me on the side of the road late last night:( :( This morning I took my car and tire to Discount Tire to see if they could patch it. After last night, I wasn't hopeful. Nolan greeted me and was so friendly and kind! He looked at the tire checked me in and said they would check to see if the tire could be patched safely. 44 mins later a got a call from Carlos (also very friendly) that they were done and they were able to patch my tire. I walked through the front door and Nolan handed me my keys and the receipt (NO CHARGE!) WOW!! Great job, great staff, great experience!!! Thank you!!! You've got my future business! read more

Noah was very helpful with our purchase of 5 new tires for our vehicle. We spoke with him on the phone and then in person due to the fact we wanted to use multiple gift cards, discount tire credit and a bank card. Discovered one Saturday evening close to 5pm that I had a flat tire. Drove over in a rush to discount tire and they happened to have a sale on 4 new tires. After getting 2 nails in 2 tires within 6months I decided to replace them all and get the insurance policy on them as well. Even though I haven't gotten a nail since ( luckily)....still worth it because i get a free tire rotation and balance every few thousand miles. Never realized how important it actually is but I do feel my tires lasting longer now. Plus I got 70$ off a rebate for the tires I got and they have a warrenty of 80,000 miles if rotated and maintained properly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they do try and sell you on things you don't need sometimes, so keep an eye out for that. P.S. Make an appointment , it really makes a difference in the amount of time you wait! P.p.S they have free water bottles in the mini fridge. read more

I had a 1:45 appointment to have 4 tires put on my Jeep. I arrived at 1:40 and was checked in was told they would have me out at 2:30. Well at 3:05 pm they have just pulled it in to get started. What is the point of an appointment? So far very disappointed. Counter is understaffed 5 people standing in line waiting to be helped. Let's see if they follow instructions. 3:45 the pull my vehicle out telling me that only one TPMS sensor is reading and it's the new one that they had to put in because they damaged it. So now magically the other 3 just stopped working? Try another story. After going back and forth with Marcos and him telling me he would half the cost of the new sensors he said that he would take care of the sensors in an effort to keep my business, I was ok with that since he was trying to do the right thing. Oh but wait there is more 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time I finally get my vehicle back with all the sensors working start to pull off and realize they gave me no receipt so had to go back to get that. Now 3 hours and 45 minutes later I am on my way home. But wait there is still more! I get home and unload my groceries come out a few minutes later and my right rear tire is flat! Really I am not making this up! Come to find out the brand new TPMS sensor they just put in was left loose and leaked most of the air out of the tire. Now I am sitting here with 4 brand new tires and one of them is flat! Thanks discount tire for the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere! Folks use this location at your own risk is all I can say. read more
