Since when do we become OCD assholes just because we care about our nice wheels? Sorry that I care about my expensive products and don't want them damaged by employees that haven't been trained properly in changing tires. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire. On top of that, one front tire had 65 PSI and the other had 85 PSI--well above the recommended pressure for my truck. This is completely unacceptable. I spent well over $1,000 today, and I expected my vehicle to be returned in proper working condition. Instead, I was given a truck with damaged tire sensors and dangerously overinflated tires. After spending this much money, I should not have to inspect and correct basic issues before safely driving my vehicle away.

He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first.
