It comes with a package of a express alignment, total alignment and when he came back and told me be 180 on top of that we need to adjust some things to make it to be the right percentage on each side and I ask him would be he 250 for each side and when I a tire stone they told me do not go there again they scammed you and they told me that they will only charge me 100 for those specs and they redid my alignment for free. And also what they also did wrong is when they fill out the paperwork for the alignment why does it say on the paper odometer 134,830 if my car has 139+ miles. The next day, I came back for the alignment and sat there for almost an hour, only to be told they couldn't do it because I supposedly needed lower control arm work first. But here's the kicker, they ALSO told me I needed two new tires. Two new tires...the same two tires I had literally purchased FROM THEM the day before. When I pointed that out, the guy's face said everything. Instead of approving any repairs, I took my car to the dealership where my warranty is and had them perform a complete suspension inspection. They found NOTHING wrong with my suspension or the lower arm bar control and no reason the alignment couldn't be done. What makes this even more concerning is that when I told a coworker what happened, she said her daughter had a very similar experience at this same place. I can only speak to my experience, but it left me feeling like they assumed I wouldn't question what I was being told or know enough about my own vehicle to challenge it. Maybe they thought because I'm a woman, I'd simply agree to whatever repairs they recommended. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs. I'm very glad I did. 09/24/25 update. Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire. On top of that, one front tire had 65 PSI and the other had 85 PSI--well above the recommended pressure for my truck. This is completely unacceptable. I spent well over $1,000 today, and I expected my vehicle to be returned in proper working condition. Instead, I was given a truck with damaged tire sensors and dangerously overinflated tires. After spending this much money, I should not have to inspect and correct basic issues before safely driving my vehicle away.
