The first time I came near a year ago I purchased the lifetime alignment package, noticing my car was pulling a bit I scheduled an appointment on line and received a confirmation email. When I arrived I was promptly assisted, was asked a few questions about the vehicle and was told to have a seat. I made myself a cup of coffee and took a seat in the comfortable waiting area. The absolute best service! I was on my way to Austin and had a flat. Nick told me to bring my tire in and they would patch it for me. I was in and out less than 15 minutes, free of charge! I took my AWD car in for a differential and transfer case lube change. As they did the service, I watched what fluid they were using as they did the job. When I got home, I reviewed the bill and noticed that what they charged me for, versus what they actually put in my car was 2 different things. After researching what my car required, I found out that they had put the WRONG fluid in my car. Not only was it the WRONG fluid, but what they charged me for was much more expensive. After I returned to speak to the service guy, he admitted that they had put the wrong fluid in my car and couldn't replace it with the correct fluid because they didn't have it. How on earth can you charge a customer for something you don't even have? Fraud! They said they would order the correct fluid and replace it once it had come in. After calling for several weeks, they finally got the correct fluid and replaced it at no charge. No telling how much damage was done to my car for their failure and deceit. I believe that if you don't watch them work on your car, you are making a BIG mistake. They will never see another dime of my money. read more

First time in - arrived about 30minutes before closing time and they got me in to get an inspection done. The tech even came in and showed me that oil had some how gotten in my air filter cover, which has no direct line from the oil lines at all. He said he would clean it out for me, but wanted to show me first. Not sure how it got in the air filter cover as my nephew changed my oil and air filter for me at home. So we are stumped. Overall, service good considering all the most recent bad reviews I've read on here for them. I chose them because they are veteran owned. I recently took my vehicle to this location for an electrical diagnostic when I thought I was having issues with my battery. At first inspection, they realized that AAA had not properly connected my battery and a terminal was very loose. They kept my vehicle overnight and the vehicle started up fine in the morning. They tested my battery to make sure there were no issues and said everything looked fine. When I picked up my vehicle, they didn't charge me anything. They obviously could have still run the full electrical diagnostic (when it wasn't necessary) and charged me over $100. I appreciated that they saved me money and didn't run unnecessary tests. read more

I had my CRV aligned here for $129 on 06/06 and the rare passenger camber was wasn't aligned correctly and they stated that it how Honda comes with. They said it might be tough while riding the car, so drove for 3 days and was hearing rumming sound every other 2 seconds, starts as 30 and 60 mph it was terrible, so called them on 06/09 to get a appointment and was giving an appointment on Monday. So walk in at 8 am and this guy called Nick was rude from the beginning, I explained him, I have an appointment at 8 am, His question was why did you take 6 days to come in when the sound first heard. explained him what they had done and went thru the history and enquiring like some criminal activity was done to the car in 5 days. My 2012 BMW needed brakes(sensor light on) All 4 rotors were replaced with pads and sensors. I bought the brake system flush as well. All total I spent 2,100 dollars. 3,000 miles later the brakes started shaking under mild braking. Long story short, I brought it to another mechanic and was informed that the rotors were "turned" and not replaced. Just pads and sensors were replaced. Also the fluid was NOT flushed as the invoice stated. I spent another 1,500 dollars properly fixing what I paid for from this business. They outright scammed me. I would highly recommend NOT to let this shop touch your car! This business should be ashamed scamming senior citizens. Only power I have is the pen, so here I am. It would cost me more to fight them than it is worth. Go anywhere else! read more

My truck brake light stayed on and killed my battery - they were quick to diagnose it and when I dropped off the car, TJ noticed the battery harness was missing and the passenger tire was low ( turned out there was a nail in the tire). I cannot sing their praises enough! We pulled in with what looked like battery trouble as we were out for our 4 year old's birthday and were warmly greeted. When we we went to pull the van around, it wouldn't reverse! They went over and beyond, and made our visit incredibly easy and even pleasant with 3 very young children. This was the best car experience I have ever had. All of the amenities in the waiting area are great of course but the thing that sets Service First apart are the PEOPLE. Everyone was so friendly that I felt like there was a catch or something. Like the pre-discussed price for an oil change & air filter swap was going to cost me double because I literally felt like I was at a salon being pampered. Well I got exactly what I asked about, full pictures and checkups on all the vital components of my car, and did not get up-sold on things that didn't need to be fixed. They were transparent and honest. They even gave me a ride back to my home while they were doing my service and offered to pick me back up. I almost felt like I was getting too much lol. By far the best service shop in the area. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. First visit was to get oil change and state inspection. When I arrived, a person made sure they had everything written down that I wanted done. They walked me inside, offered me Starbucks and showed me where to sit. Afterward, they showed me pictures of all the fluids and what they recommend doing on my next visits. Second visit was unexpected when my front brakes failed.
