Not very trained technicians. When I got in my car to leave I didn't realize they didn't know how to rest the oil light. When I drive back to the shop to have them turn it off, they said yeah we didn't know how to do that and they were googling it on their phones. Does build a lot of confidence that they know what they're doing under my car if that's the case. The second reason I wouldn't return to them is they asked if I wanted to replace my cabin air filter. Typically I don't have them do it because they charge an outrageous price to slide a filter in. I looked on their pricing board and thought it looked reasonable and mine hadn't been replaced in a few years and was full of debris and leaves. Well, again it wasn't until I paid my bill that I realized how badly they robbed me. They charged me $56 for my air filter in a 2013 Toyota 4Runner. Not even the dealership charged me that much for Toyota parts. Yep! Won't be coming back that's for sure! read more

I went to this spot for a routine oil change. These people stripped my drain plug. Looks like they tried to take my drain plug off with a can opener. Here's my 2 cents: Jiffy Lube is the value brand of whatever name brand thing you purchase. And it doesn't matter what city you're in. Jiffy Lube hires unqualified "technicians" that have no clue what they're doing and lets them work on our cars. The things we use to drive to work, take kids to school, run errands and hang out on the weekend. Think about that next time you think about going to Jiffy Lube for ANYTHING. And God forbid you go for anything more than an oil change. RIP to your car. read more

UPDATE: Extremely frustrated and disappointed with Jiffy Lube and will not return. They messed up after changing my oil, and my engine locked up while I was driving and needs to be replaced. While I appreciate that they are handling the cost of replacing my engine (as they should because they were at fault), their communication has been HORRIBLE (I.e., nonexistent). I've been very patient and understanding, but I have been without a car for over two weeks and still cannot get a call back from their "district manager" about getting a rental car. They have not willingly communicated with me any updates about my car - everything I've found out because I have had to call them multiple times. I have been told countless times that they need to talk to a district manager and will call me back, only to be ignored again. When I call back asking for an update, I get told that someone has the day off or is in meetings all day or is out on vacation and they PROMISE to call me back with an answer and still don't. I do not recommend going to this Jiffy Lube. I'm sure they're fine most of the time, but don't expect anyone to treat you with urgency or respect - or even call you back - if they mess up your car. Super disappointing. Quick and easy service! Also, Frank was awesome - he made sure I had what I needed without selling me on things I didn't and gave me a discount. Today I went to have my oil changed and when arriving the guy took a good look at my car which I have owned for 10 years. He not only told me I needed my timing belt changed, but showed me and explained why it needed to be done as well. Jacob is the manager there and was about to get off shortly , but stayed to get the job done. He is a very kind and courteous person but then again so was the entire staff. I noticed that they also cleaned headlights with a life time warranty which is awesome. My headlight look brand new. Although there is a jiffy line 5 minutes from my home this location by far is my favorite and I will continue to make the drive. Thank you all so much. read more

I typically visit the Pioneer location, but they had a lot of customers this morning. They are great, so it's to be expected. So, I tried another location, as they have a lot of locations in the area. I called before arriving to ensure it would be a quick transaction and sure enough Martin informed me that there was no wait. That was music to my ears, as I was due for an oil change. I arrived within two minutes. Martin greeted me and Robert was ready on the work floor to begin the process. I waited in the lobby for about six minutes and then Robert came to educate me on some vehicle maintenance specific to my car. Then, fifteen minutes later I was out and on my way. I utilized my teachers discount too! Certainly appreciate that benefit. Upon getting back in my car, I noticed they accessed something in my glove compartment. Not sure what was needed. However, ALL of the contents of my glove compartment were on the floor of my passenger side. That was unexpected and unappreciated. That CANNOT be the norm, especially for new customers. I've literally never left a negative review of a business ever but I'm really disappointed. I pulled in for a quick oil change as the bays were full but there was no line so it should have been a fairly quick change oil change. I noticed it was taking a while for the cars in the bays but didn't really think much of it. When I pulled up they began my oil change and told me I needed a new filter and asked if I wanted it replaced and I said sure. So I waited and waited some more. Two cars went through the bay next to me. Someone stopped and asked if I wanted to wait inside and I was like, no... am I not closed to finished? I noticed no one was working on my car. So after being in the bay for 25-30 minutes, I asked how much longer. I was told "oh, I'm not sure... we're waiting on the air filter that you wanted to get here." Wait, what? You don't have any? At this point I had been there for just under a whole hour. I told her I didn't know they didn't actually have it or I would've said no. I didn't have the time to just wait for it. She said "oh okay sorry, well let me see how far away he is because if he's only like five minutes away then that's close". Another five minutes passed and sure enough someone pulled up and delivered some air filters and another five minutes later and I was finally finished after an hour. Please, don't offer a product or service to someone if you don't actually have it. And if you do, let them know in advance you don't have it and if they mind waiting. This experience has made me realize I should stick with Take 5. read more

So this place is a horrible, overpriced and charges you for labor in addition to the $99 dollar oil cost. I was charged $26.54 for Labor. So you will be paying for your oil guy to change the oil so the owner does not have to pay them. My bill was $164.00 for an oil change and filter...I called to talk to the manager and asked if they had that extra charge for labor posted to so all customers would know they would incur this additional charge. Went in on a Saturday morning g 9:30am and left around 10:30. I asked for a car inspection and oil change. There were two cars ahead of me so he said it'll take about 30 minutes. He gave me my total and I asked for the uta discount. The total was $70ish for a full synthetic oil change. I asked if he did the inspection and they said no. So they asked me to sit down while they did that. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is the condition I got my car back in. It felt greasy and dirty. The outside door had obvious hand marks from where they touched it. The inside had sweat on the steering wheel and the center consul was super greasy. They also left finger prints in the inside of my windshield. I do not believe that is the proper way to handle business. I immediately felt like I had to go to a car wash to try and clean the car. I can guarentee you I will never come back to this place. Update, about a month later I actually entered my car on the passenger side and noticed this dirty hand mark on the inside. I am pissed, it's a grease stain. Not only did they do all of the stuff above but now I see this damage. It's unacceptable read more

This is a nice quick place to get your oil change. They offer free water and I was able to find a outlet for my dying laptop (there's no wifi here). I really like how they give me a break down of the prices before starting work on my car. I didn't feel pressured to add on extras- when I declined, the service man was easy going about it. I guess Peyton Manning works for jiffy lube because an audible was called and synthetic oil was put in my truck without discussion and I received a $100 invoice/bill. Rather than have a repeat long time customer this was a I was provided with a rip off service ensuring that I will never come back. I have to say that the bad reviews below me should definitely come back and see how service her must have changed. With only three people working and the bay completely packed, they serviced me very quickly. On top of that, they were incredibly nice and helpful. The manager handed us magazines and was very polite. Kept checking in on everyone and making conversation. The inside is very clean and has ample seating.
