Very hard to believe the amount of low ratings that this branch is getting, but maybe I got in on a very good day. I normally have a spot where I go to get my BMW oil change done, but I called ahead and made sure that this branch had the correct European oil, and sure enough they did. Went in on a Friday afternoon, and luckily was not a long wait at all, we were greeted , staff was friendly. Normally you get some tech that come out and says that you need to replace the filter, the cabin filter, the gaskets, or leaks that they found, but didn't hear any of that. We had a gentleman that was very informative and even gave me a line on another BMW spot to take mine too. His name is Brandon, and I do have to say, was very friendly, was telling me about his BMW that he has, and where he takes it to. Service at its best. You must have patience when you visit here. They will try to add many additional services. Just patiently accept or decline. They do great work. I have two vehicles I bring here and the quality of the oil is like any dealership. I get the full synthetic in both vehicles. It usually hits me at $107.00 with no additional upgrades such as an air or cabin filter. They are pretty fast and friendly. It is definitely one of the BEST drive in and wait in your car while the oil is getting changed stations I have used. Give them a try. read more

Stay away from this place unless you have a lot of time to sit. The last time I had an oil change done here it took an hour and 20 minutes from the time I pulled up until I left. Today, I figured I give them another chance. When I pulled up I was the next in line. They put me behind a truck that they knew they were having issues with. Jakeb (i hope i spelt it correctly) i remember him Telling me he had the same name as my bf but spelt differently! He was pretty talkative to us which i really liked :) .. he helped me and did an amazing job! My car is pretty old so it's not easy getting that filter out. I was having ac issues anyway so my ac did go out when i turned my car on but Joey the manager was able to come resolve my issue. It ended up turning back on shortly after i left. I'm giving them a 2 because we have used them in the past a couple times with a good experience. However, this recent visit was a nightmare. It took two hours to do an oil change. They had to call in the manager to finish the job and I now have to take it back for repairs. The flap/cover (skid plate) has come dislodged and is dragging underneath on the ground. I didn't expect this level of politeness, professionalism and certainly not the genuine care and concern I received. Not only for me but also for my currently stressed financial situation. This was once my "Go-To" service center for oil changes and vehicle inspections. I exclusively used this Valvoline for years. I went a couple of months so for an oil change & drove to one of the bays. No one came out to say "what can we do for you" which is typical. I waited 15 min & still no one inquired while I sat in my vehicle along with several others. After waiting 20 min, I was about to get out to go tell them I needed an oil change. At that moment a Jeep rolls up & they immediately flag the guy into an open bay. I left. I called their number as I was leaving and none answers the phone after several tries. Finally their answering service picked up. Last week I decided to give them another chance because I needed an inspection. Same thing. You sit waiting & no one asks what you need. The crew seemed to be moving in slow motion with a waiting group of several cars. I called Jiffy Lube while waiting at Valvoline. They answered their phone within 2 rings. As I drove to Jiffy Lune I spotted another Valvoline in the North Richland Hills area. I stopped their and got my inspection. They were much better at customer service. Whoever is running the location on Main Street should be replaced & a Valvoline regional manager should teach the other employees about proper customer experience importance. Just had my oil changed. There was an issue with the oil housing being too tight from the last oil change. They were able to get it loosened and removed and showed me why it had had problems. they informed me that they would lose bit so that the next time it wouldn't have this issue. I also learned what type of filter my car takes and got a little education which I appreciated. I don't really want to do the oil change but I do like to know what type of parts are being used. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly about asking all my questions and I appreciated the great customer service I received. The blonde haired lady attendant was super helpful. I didn't catch her name though. I even came back to have my oil life button reset and she was apologetic for not remembering to do it to begin with before I left which was really no big deal. read more

I moved to this area a year ago and have been to this location at least 5 times for oil changes and state inspections. This is by far the best experience I've had at a place like this. They are super efficient, kind, and helpful every time I come. My husband has been to this location as well and agrees. There is another location closer to us but we prefer this Valvoline and would probably continue to make the drive if we moved a little further away. read more

They broken the oil pan thread plug and told me that they will call me back to schedule oil pan replacement. Never called back. I stoped at shop and they said only they "recomended" to change, not that they will change. An oil pan & plug is around 60bucks plus labor. That's ok if they want like that, I changed oil there for few years for two cars. I'm not sorry but I will not come back there. If you can AVOID VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE it could be better for you. read more

Last week, after doing business with this Keller location, i went to get my vehicle inspected. They asked me to wait in office. They said they had it done i said where is paperwork. He wanted to take my money and would be right back. At no time did he try to sit down and talk man to man and had me get in my truck and the man let me know i failed because of the o2.sensor from sitting in a garage and body shop. It was unprofessional to treat a customer that way. Top that, the next day they purposely made me wait 2 hrs to get it reinspected. I have them over yrs for truck and mc inspection. Needed a car inspection. Small place, not an ounce of wasted space. Not much for parking. We parked to the side, walked to the areas where the cars are parked. Evidently, even though this is all line of sight, we came in the back way. The staff were super friendly and asked us to pull up behind any vehicle. We walked around the rest of the building and sat in the tiny waiting room. Simple place with a TV, Keurig, and a few chairs. No customer service desk though, that struck me as odd. Not bad, just different. Maybe it is a new trend. We didn't wait long until our car was completed. We were asked to step into the middle of the car lanes outside to pay. The fella was friendly, but it felt odd being in the middle of the shop to conduct business. Not bad, just different. I guess I have this 'insurance risk' type thought process that would generally want to keep people away from where the vehicles are being repaired/serviced.
