Thread cautiously with this company. We hired them to repair some lines at our property and they ripped us off for about $8,000.00. They did some work and they said they'd be back to finish and they'd get city permits but never returned and never finished. I had a terrible leak in my bath/shower fixture. I tried to fix it myself, but the fact that the fixture itself was as old as the house (50+ yrs) I could not budge it. So I called YPS on a Sunday. Jennifer was very friendly and scheduled an appt on Monday. Because of inclement weather, they were running behind and Jennifer made sure to call and inform me of this, A+... Miquel came, took a look and stated it could not be repaired but only replaced. Ahhhhhh....wasn't expecting that.. Or maybe I was and hoping not. Anyway, they replaced the fixture that day. It looks much better (Miquel did a great job) and the leak is gone. Miquel was very Friendly and informative. Took extra effort to protect my refinished tub and answered all my questions with a smile.. I can ask alot of questions! Miquel has a sense of humor to boot. After, while inquiring around ( because I didn't really have time to price shop) the price he quoted was fair. He even cut me some slack on the price to snake my drain since he was there anyways... Miguel was prompt and super friendly. Wipee's clogged my pipes and all the drainage pipes to my home were flooding. I called Miguel's office around 8:30am and had him at my front door by 9:30am. The experience was only positive from beginning to end. Starting with Jennifer from the office, who squeezed in a free consult on the DAY OF, which told me that the company understood that when customers call in need of a plumber, it's typically ALWAYS urgent, and they run their business with this assumption. One of the more impressive service experiences I've ever had. Mike came out to repair a leaky faucet, and immediately hit me with some bad news ... he wouldn't be able to get replacement parts for the faucet because it was too old. He replaced the washers on the faucet, which made the faucet much better, but he refused payment because the problem wasn't totally fixed. And he recommended AGAINST replacing the faucet completely until we absolutely had to. Basically, he took the time to come to my house, spend 20 minutes diagnosing and attempting to fix my problem, answering all my questions, and then did everything in his power NOT to take my money. I'm not normally one to write a review, but since this is the only form of payment Mike would accept for the service he gave me, I consider it more than well earned. Finding a stand up guy in the service industry is half the battle, and it's hard to imagine finding somebody who cares more about what's best for his customers, regardless of his own bottom line, than Mike. I am so impressed with the service I received today from Miguel and Jennifer. It was for a problem with my washer hookups. I called several plumbers today (of corse off of Yelp) and only one other plumber called me back and gave me a pretty high quote not to mention in a monotone mood. I like the ,personable and friendly, kind of service. Especially, cuz it's at my/(your) house!! Fast, friendly service would be enough, but these guys go "above and beyond", does anybody remember that? After the service for the washer was done, I turned on my gas line for the dryer, went upstairs and came back down at the time to put the clothes in the dryer...I was horrified to walk into,,,basically a gas chamber!!! I didn't know what to do, I opened the garage door and called Jennifer, she then called, Miguel, he then turned his truck around and came back to my house. It turns out that I had stripped the gas line to my dryer, cuz I tighten it too much, and that's why it was leaking. But really, that wasn't the surprise, it was when I got the bill, he didn't even charge me for that! Thanks!! Miguel Cordova is the Field Supervisor that came to my home to fix a leaky reverse osmosis water tap. He came out the first time and said that he would have to order a replacement water tap and come back to replace. He could not find the tap so he asked me to order one from where I got the system. I did and he came out and replaced it. Because it took him so long to find the part, he did not charge us for installation. Someone named Hector Gomez came over the same day to fix a leaky pipe. After he left I noticed the water pressure was too high so I attempted to adjust the pressure reduction valve. When it wasn't doing anything I took a closer look and sure enough he put the valve back on upside down. The arrow is supposed to go in the direction of the water flow, which a real plumber would know. He came back out the next day to turn the valve around but it no longer worked at that point and even the pipe he "fixed" started leaking again. I had to go without water, buy a new valve, and get all the plumbing in that area redone. read more

The pricing was fair and although they did go beyond their projected schedule, it was for an understandable reason and was not due to a delay on their part. My restroom came out looking great, they went above and beyond what I thought they would cover and kept me well informed along the way.
