Terrible called this place because it was local and they were able to send someone out soon. First I got quoted $95 for a drain and $125 if it was the main, plumber gets here and it $125 either way that the people on the phone don't know the prices according to the plumber. Come to find out the plumber doesn't even have the tools to do the job and wants to reschedule must be trying to get back before closing time st 5....what a joke read more

Prompt and professional. I needed a new water heater as my 12 year old GE is finally on its last leg. He advised a Bradford White rather than big box brands and I think it is worth it. Let's see how this heater holds up thru the years. He seems to know his trade well .His prices are reasonable, considering he only uses top tier products. I suggest you try him out read more

This guy mike is the man, life saver!! Called the company at 7 this morning and he is manage to get everything done by 830 when everyone in my family is in need of a restroom! Excellent and professional service, highly recommend read more

This company is the best! I picked this company from reviews I had read on our Nextdoor Site. We are changing out our kitchen faucet. I called and talked to Jennifer who was pleasant and set us right up on the same day with an appointment. Miguel showed up right on time with his helper and changed out our faucet. After turning on the faucet, the nozzle was leaking. No fault of Miguel's work, the faucet had a missing O Ring. Miguel went right to his truck and came in and took the inner part of the faucet apart and made an O Ring to fix the problem. We highly recommend Your Plumbing Solution to anyone who is looking for an excellent, friendly, and fair priced plumber! read more

Awesome job and very accommodating staff! Jennifer understood my dire need to get my kitchen faucet removed and replaced that same afternoon in time for my housewarming party! It was the owner himself who showed up to get the job done and did an amazing job! He even gave us tips on how to keep the pricey fixture in good condition. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. read more

The experience was only positive from beginning to end. Starting with Jennifer from the office, who squeezed in a free consult on the DAY OF, which told me that the company understood that when customers call in need of a plumber, it's typically ALWAYS urgent, and they run their business with this assumption. She is fast, well organized, informed, and has stellar communicative skills, using even texting as a means of communication! 5 Stars for her Customer Service alone in managing me and the guys on the field. Miguel and his intern were on time even though they had to squeeze me into an already fully booked day. Miguel was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was with my laymans explanation before he even went to physically check it out, after 3 other plumbers and handymen before him were stumped. He was right on point and scheduled to return in 2 days time. Well...2 days later, we are all happy campers in this house and a plumbing problem we had for over 3 months is a problem no longer. Can I say anymore? 5 Star service from Office to the Field with reasonable prices and professional work ethic that you can trust. Why would you call those first 3 plumbers? Start with YPS the first time and Your Problems will be Solved...afterall, what does YPS stand for again?... read more

You're always scared when you have to call a plumber. ...you know it's going to cost... but Jennifer and Miguel are easy going people who are professional. The price was reasonable for the work they had to do. I was really pleased with the work Miguel and his partner did. They are from the neighborhood and are honest and upfront about what they are going to do. You don't gave ask me to recommend them I'm telling you know... I recommend them. It was a pleasure. read more

I'm a new homeowner and have had less than desirable plumbing experiences with plumbing services up until I called Your Plumbing Service. The customer service was phenomenal, both over the phone and in person. My plumbing issue was much bigger than I had anticipated and I was uneasy about the entire process. Miguel came to my home and gave me a quote that seemed fair in addition to explaining the entire process to me, which made me feel very comfortable. Miguel and his team went above and beyond my service expectations. Your Plumbing Solution has gained a loyal customer. read more

Miguel came out and was really nice! He replaced our disposable trash for our sink in our business office! Fast and friendly! Definitely recommended read more

Mike and Hector responded almost immediately for an estimate, and they were able to quickly assess how to complete the job, and gave me a quote that was well under the other quotes I received. They took the simplest, most practical approach, which saved us all time, and me hundreds less than what other plumbers quoted me. I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks guys! read more

So happy to have found this company!, Hector the plumber is very professional and knows what's he's doing! Found my leak right away. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest plumber.. read more

We had Miguel come out for washer back wash and shower problems. Appointment was for 8am, and his office called to inform us that he was going to be delayed. We really appreciate that, since our time is just as important as his. Once he got here, he took care of our problems quickly. His rates were very reasonable. Best of all, his service and demeanor were outstanding. We'll definitely recommend him to our friends and family and definitely use him again. Thank you!! read more

Miguel was prompt and super friendly. Wipee's clogged my pipes and all the drainage pipes to my home were flooding. I called Miguel's office around 8:30am and had him at my front door by 9:30am. Less than an hours time. The office staff "Jennifer" was extremely helpful and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Cordova plumbing for any plumbing issues that you may have. Excellent experience. read more

Miguel is great. And so is the lady who does scheduling, I think her name is Jennifer. It's hard nowadays to find a responsive and trustworthy plumber who actually takes pride in showing up on time and does the work as promised. We had a kitchen faucet replaced along with soap dispensers installed. Miguel did a great job, was quick and charged a reasonable price. read more

Came home one night and found I had a nail size hole in one of my pipes in the yard and water was everywhere! Called them the next morning (found thru yelp!) & Mike came within an hour and got it fixed right away! Honest and very reasonable prices!!! Strongly recommended!!! A+ service read more

One of the more impressive service experiences I've ever had. Mike came out to repair a leaky faucet, and immediately hit me with some bad news ... he wouldn't be able to get replacement parts for the faucet because it was too old. He replaced the washers on the faucet, which made the faucet much better, but he refused payment because the problem wasn't totally fixed. And he recommended AGAINST replacing the faucet completely until we absolutely had to. Basically, he took the time to come to my house, spend 20 minutes diagnosing and attempting to fix my problem, answering all my questions, and then did everything in his power NOT to take my money. I'm not normally one to write a review, but since this is the only form of payment Mike would accept for the service he gave me, I consider it more than well earned. Finding a stand up guy in the service industry is half the battle, and it's hard to imagine finding somebody who cares more about what's best for his customers, regardless of his own bottom line, than Mike. Thanks Mike! read more

Miguel is awesome, I had a clogged toilet, leaks in my bathroom, and issues under my kitchen sink with the pipes. He fixed the problems in my house in a reasonable time. He even explained to me, different ways to prevent the issues from happening in future. Thanks again sir for your service. I highly recommend this company to anyone that's having any plumbing issues. read more

I am so impressed with the service I received today from Miguel and Jennifer. It was for a problem with my washer hookups. I called several plumbers today (of corse off of Yelp) and only one other plumber called me back and gave me a pretty high quote not to mention in a monotone mood. I like the ,personable and friendly, kind of service. Especially, cuz it's at my/(your) house!! Fast, friendly service would be enough, but these guys go "above and beyond", does anybody remember that? After the service for the washer was done, I turned on my gas line for the dryer, went upstairs and came back down at the time to put the clothes in the dryer...I was horrified to walk into,,,basically a gas chamber!!! I didn't know what to do, I opened the garage door and called Jennifer, she then called, Miguel, he then turned his truck around and came back to my house. It turns out that I had stripped the gas line to my dryer, cuz I tighten it too much, and that's why it was leaking. But really, that wasn't the surprise, it was when I got the bill, he didn't even charge me for that! Thanks!! I just moved into an older home, and I'm gonna need plumbing services, for sure, so, I'm calling Miguel and his company again...TY! :) read more

Mike Cordova is the best, very professional with a personality (great combo). He kept in touch with me regarding his ETA and actually showed up just as he said he would. The price was right, the service was great and my plumbing is back to as it should be. Highly recommend Mike and YPS to family and friends. Thanks Mike for taking care of our plumbing needs. read more

Miguel Cordova is the Field Supervisor that came to my home to fix a leaky reverse osmosis water tap. He came out the first time and said that he would have to order a replacement water tap and come back to replace. He could not find the tap so he asked me to order one from where I got the system. I did and he came out and replaced it. Because it took him so long to find the part, he did not charge us for installation. Anyway, he did a great job and highly recommended Your Plumbing Solution if you are anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley. read more

My pluming problem was dealt with in an expedited and professional matter in West Covina, CA. Miguel, who is a qualified and knowledgeable plumber, not only was fast-acting, but provided great service. I strongly recommend using Your Plumbing Solution should you ever need plumbing services. YPS gives free estimate and you will find that their price is very reasonable. Miguel is reliable, and it trustworthy. I know from this point on, I will contact him directly should I ever need plumbing services. Thanks sooo much Miguel for working with my schedule. Your help is truly appreciated. read more

Once again Your Plumbing Solutions comes through, I can't thank Mr Miguel Cordava enough for doing a great job. Honest business man. I'd I could give 10 stars I would. Someone named Hector Gomez came over the same day to fix a leaky pipe. After he left I noticed the water pressure was too high so I attempted to adjust the pressure reduction valve. When it wasn't doing anything I took a closer look and sure enough he put the valve back on upside down. The arrow is supposed to go in the direction of the water flow, which a real plumber would know. He came back out the next day to turn the valve around but it no longer worked at that point and even the pipe he "fixed" started leaking again. I had to go without water, buy a new valve, and get all the plumbing in that area redone. read more

Great experience! I called and spoke with Jennifer, who is super nice, about needing a faucet installed ASAP. Miguel arrived an hour later and did a great job! He was very nice, explained everything to me and did it right! He gave beyond great customer service and I will be calling him again in the future with my plumbing needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You won't be disappointed!! I had to find a plumber last minute for my business office restroom that a previous plumber did that was shoddy and needed the same repair within 4 months. Then failed to show up when he said he would. The Customer Service is SUPERB! As an office manager this is key, and YPS has the key. I am very impressed with their service both on the phone and in person. I spoke with Jennifer who was polite, pleasant and informative. Then when the plumbers Chris and Emmanuel showed up they were clean, polite and not the average "smelly plumber" I saw no cracks. LOL Both Chris and Emmanuel were polite, well mannered, worked quickly and thoroughly. They even cleaned up after themselves. For my business and home, I NOW have a go to plumber. Keep up the GREAT work. read more

I had YPS do my entire replacement of plumbing done over four years ago including relocating my water heater outside. I am so happy they stay by the work they do to come by as soon as possible when you have an issue! Miguel joked he could fix my problem with a straw and he did! My water heater got flooded from the rain and we had a good laugh! read more

Accommodating to my schedule and very good communication. My work included two jobs and they were both done timely and well done.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work they did on my home. The pricing was fair and although they did go beyond their projected schedule, it was for an understandable reason and was not due to a delay on their part. My restroom came out looking great, they went above and beyond what I thought they would cover and kept me well informed along the way. There were a couple of minor issues with the installation but as soon as I notified them they took care of it right away. I would recommend this business for their cost, customer service, and great-looking end result. read more

Miguel and his team are just the most wonderful and helpful people! I had a mainline issue on Christmas eve and called in. Jennifer, who manages all of the staff's schedule, was extremely helpful and understanding, as all plumbing issues are urgent. Miguel and his son came during the appointment time as promised (early, to be exact). They cleared my mainline and told me what I needed to do to prevent this from happening. Miguel really tried to help me out as much as possible. He was completely honest and extremely helpful. His pricing is fair and reasonable. He does not try to overcharge you, nor does he try to sell you services that you don't need. I am only going to use Miguel and his team with all future plumbing issues going forward. I know that I can trust him. read more
