All my drains had stopped draining, we couldn't use either bathrooms nor the washer-a full stoppage. My husband is a DYI kind of guy like a few of the other people who left reviews. We tried the chemicals down the drains, as well as snaked the drains. Finally, I called Your Plumbing Solutions and they said they would be out at 8am. Miguel and his assistant were at my home a little before 8, which I appreciated. They had all my drains flowing within an hour at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend Miguel and his team. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, friendly, and fast. You can't beat that kind of service. read more

I would 10 out of 10 recommend YPS. They did an exceptional work and fixed up the problems at my house right away. All of their employees are very friendly and hard working. His son Emmanuel is one of the most professional workers that I've ever seen as he did an incredible job. This company is the best company that I have ever worked with. read more

My parents-in-law in West Covina, CA, had two showers that would not drain for a week. They hired two different plumbers who could not figure out the problem. The third plumber figured out it was a broken pipe, but did not know exactly what to do next to fix it. We found Your Plumbing Solution on Yelp on a Sunday night, and called their office first thing Monday morning. Jennifer was very helpful, friendly, and was able to schedule Miguel and his crew that morning. Miguel came with Jose, and they were able to diagnose the problem with the plumbers' camera within 45 minutes. The drainage problem was caused by rusted iron pipes and tree roots getting into the pipes. Jose and Giovanni removed the toilet, tiles, dug through the slab, dug a hole, pulled out rusted pipes, tree roots, replaced the pipes, poured the cement, replaced the tile, and reinstalled the toilet. Both showers were fully functioning again within 8 hours of when we first called and the entire job was done within a day and a half. We were very impressed by Miguel's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. We were equally impressed by Jose and Giovanni's skills and work ethic. The price was fair for the amount of work required. We could not be happier with the work they have done. We highly recommend their services. read more

Hats off to Miguel and YPS plumbing. They were able to quickly and efficiently handle an urgent situation on a Saturday and then follow up with a re-plumbing of an older home with some unique challenges. As an off site project manager, I very much appreciated Jennifer's office assistance with scheduling and questions, Miguel's personal follow up, and the compassion by the team for the on site challenges! read more

Miguel was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable to work with. Yps was the cheapest in terms of hydrojetting and boy did I need it. I called other plumbers on yelp and they wanted 200-300 more. He cleared out the black sludge with the hydrojet and chopped up more roots with a snake afterwards. He did whatever he could to clear the main drain for me because he knew from the look on my face that i really needed his help. After a day or two the clog came back so I called YPS again. Miguel brought a stronger hydrojet and it did the trick (no extra charge). He even ran a camera to locate the roots and suggested to me what to use to take care of the roots. I would recommend YPS to anyone!! read more

I'm so glad I found Your Plumbing Solution. Mike was able to fix a problem that a handyman and two plumbers were unable to fix and he saved me thousands of dollars over another estimate. It was amazing! From calling me back to set up the estimate appointment, the estimate and ultimately the repair, everything was handled in a very professional manner. It's clear that Mike and his staff truly care about providing great service and doing it at a fair price. I will ALWAYS call Your Plumbing Solution for any future plumbing problems. read more

Who knew plumbing was so expensive , this company sent someone out right away and gave me a quote. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and helpful. Had already received a quote from a different company and the prices were competitive. Very professional and quick response. My only complaint is the price but that appears to be the going rate for plumbing work, if you can do it yourself save the money....if you have to outsource then this seems to be a good company. read more

Miguel is top notch! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I am a caregiver and responsible for running the household. We had a toilet that was the original with the house over 50 years ago, it was leaking and Miguel came in and had to literally drill out the screws to even get the toilet up. The toilet was so old but he was patient and kept working at it and eventually got it lose and did a wonderful job replacing all the seals and repairing the leak..He is very professional, reliable, and very honest.. If you are looking for a plumber look no further he is the BEST! Highly recommend his services to anyone. read more

Highly recommend Miguel and his team. We have problems with the sewage pipe that broke and they immediate replaced the pipe. He treated our problem as his own. I called other plumbers and we have schedule an appointment which would take days. Miguel understood our emergency and came out the same day. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Your Plumbing Solutions. read more

Miguel is very knowledgeable and able to give me an estimate for the replacement of two sewage sump pumps. Other companies want to charge me to get the pumps out before they can quote me the price to replace the pumps. We are happy with the work of YPS and their price is very reasonable. Jennifer from the office provides great customer services. read more

It was 4:50 pm and my kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off. It was running full blast and I was panicking. I turned the water off at the main and called 5 plumbers from Yelp. YPS was located close to my home and I was lucky enough to catch Jennifer. She sent Miguel right over (he was over within 15 minutes). My previous plumber had really messed up my faucet handle installation. He was finished in 15 minutes !!! His gentle nature set me at ease right away. I have also decided next month, he's going to install a new water heater for me !!! He has gained me as a new customer !!! read more

Can't say more about the excellent service from Miguel and Jennifer at office. Miguel was punctual and very knowledgeable. From the moment he came in, he identified my problem and fixed it. Mike the plumber is, by far, the best plumber I have ever hired. He's thorough with his work/cost assessment, takes the time to explain the problem in terms easy to understand, and he's fair and consistent with his prices. Prior to hiring Mike, a different plumber quoted nearly double the amount for the same job. Stuck with Mike ever since... for about six years now. He's an expert in his field; he's fair and dependable. Hire the man. You won't be sorry. read more

Miguel was AMAZING! He snaked drains without leaving a mess, taught me how to fix a toilet flapper, replaced sink faucets and did it all with a great attitude. Very happy! read more

I sent an estimate request online with pictures within minutes I received a phone call from Jennifer. Who was very pleasant and friendly. Understood what my situation was and scheduled an appointment right away. A few minutes go by and Miguel who is the owner. Saw the pictures and right away understood what needed to be done. I received another phone call from Jennifer with a price quote. My appointment was for Saturday morning between 8-9am. I got up early to make sure I would be ready for them. I looked outside and they were in front of my house at 7:30. Unheard of, usually your standing there waiting. Miguel and his assistant Jose were very friendly and professional. They went under the house and assessed the problem. Within an hour the job was done and no mess. His price he quoted me was exactly what he charged. I would definitely use them again and would for sure recommend them. Thanks again guys job well done. read more

I had plumbing issues with my toilet. Miguel came out and fixed my issues within a few hours at a reasonable price I will use him again anytime. Which will be soon, since I am having some issues again. :-) read more

First off, his phone assistant is great....I'll be darn if I can recall her name...sorry. Easy to make apt and when Miguel came to our home for a bad faucet, he determined it was shot. He suggested where to buy one and that he'd be back in a few days to install it. While he was there, we told him we had a leaky bathroom faucet, as well. It's a Calif Faucet, not your usual brand. He took photos with his phone, sent it to his phone girl....and instantly she was able to find the part and order it. This was going so smoothly, I had him take a photo of the shower mixer, as well. He said he'd keep it in his phone for the future, as it is a pricey item. So glad we found Miguel..... read more

Jennifer, Miguel and Giovani were great! Friendly, fast, reliable and great priced! Jennifer is the nicest and most understanding person over the phone and really puts you at ease during a stressful situation. Miguel is spot on when it comes to repairs and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, parts and brands. Giovani knows how to get things done and done correctly, and before the estimated time of completion. All I can really say is that, they knew exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and how long it would take, all over the phone and with a single picture. Simply outstanding. A few months ago we purchased our home, moved in and 2 days into it found out that our pipes were full of roots, he rushed over on a SUNDAY yes a SUNDAY and gave us the good/bad news in a very professional way and made us feel at ease during this very shocking time. His team quickly came and fixed all our problems. He was very fair and truthful about our options and his recommendations. He is a very honest man and you will feel well taken care of. We had a leak in our wet bar area and it was causing the wood to buckle up. In addition the cabinets were getting wet from the moisture, due to the steam from the hot water leak. I called the office on a Monday evening around 6pm and Jennifer was there to take down my information and get me an appointment for the following day at 7:30am. She was very understanding and professional. Jennifer took the time to listen to my problem and work around our schedule. She had great follow-up and provided me with an update of the work progress. Miguel was our plumber and he came out on time to give us an estimate. He explained the work to be done. Before we got started, he suggested that I call our home insurance to start a claim and he even offered to speak with the insurance company to explain the leak and how they planned to fix it. After I got approval from the home insurance company, his crew came out and fixed the leak the same day. Then they let the concrete dry, before coming back to cover up the base of the wet bar. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Your Plumbing Solution. Both Miguel and Jennifer were professional and service oriented. We will recommend them to our family and friends. read more
