I've been using Service Express for years now. The owner Chuck is super reliable and friendly. He is on top of everything and always busy but somehow finds time to make it to my house within a few days to fill up my tank whenever I reach out. Their prices are undefeated for what they offer; Chuck literally pulls up to wherever you are and fills your tank for cheaper than it is to take it to a business that does it. They service food trucks and when I was working on one I can't begin to describe how valuable this business was to us. Business has been so well that Chuck even hired more family to help out. As a disabled combat veteran and single mom, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. I requested both propane tanks be filled, but the owner, Chuck, only topped off one, leaving my home with no heat or hot water in the middle of winter. When I called about the emergency, he laughed at me, blamed me, and refused to come fix the issue--even with a child in the home. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. His wife eventually removed the invoice for the one tank, but the lack of accountability and the disrespect I received were unbelievable. I will never use this company again, and I hope others think twice before trusting them with something as serious as home heat. read more

As previous reviews have mentioned, this company has excellent customer service. We've had to call Chuck a couple of times recently to fill our propane tanks at 2 different RV parks. When we stayed at Calexpo in April in our travel trailer, we ran out of propane the week Sacramento temperatures dropped to the 40's at nite. Being from Hawaii, we're not used to temps that low thus the need to run our heater constantly. When we were in the area a few yrs back, we used a mobile propane svc but couldn't recall the company name. We called the Calexpo RV park ofc & asked for a recommendation. They gave us the business card of Chuck's company & told us they svc all of the Sacramento area. We saw the name & knew it was the same company we used before. Hubby called right away, expecting them to come the next day but to our surprise, their guy was in the area & would be able to svc us. Flash forward to this month of May. In the interim, we had traded in our travel trailer for a class A motorhome & moved to a different place, SacWest RV Park in West Sacramento. We started having issues with our heater & didn't think it was empty because the dealership was supposed to have filled the propane tank. In troubleshooting, my husband noticed the gauge read low, but we weren't sure because the gauge had misread on the other tanks. We promptly called Service Express to get our tank filled. Chuck himself answered & said the earliest they could come was the next day since they try to schedule different areas on certain days, but he did say, he'll see what he can do. And to our surprise, they came the same day. I happened to look out the window & saw their truck servicing an RV just across from us. My hubby went out to wave him down. Come to find out later, he was actually coming to us but was given the wrong space no. & our neighbor happened to see him & needed propane himself so waved him down. We were able to get our propane taken care of. I highly recommend this company. Not only for their great & quick customer svc, but their prices were reasonable. They have their own website which says you can also text for an appointment, or call. They take cash as well as credit card. Great service! We have an RV and when it's time to fill up our propane all we do is give them a call and they come right over even on short notice. You don't have to pull the tanks out or do any thing at all. They come out fill you up and there on there way. Supper convenient, great people and awesome customer service. This is the second time we have used them and they have been great both times. The last time I had bought a regulator for the tanks so I would know when they are almost empty. It was just setting on the tank came out and the bill was on my door. Went to install the regulator and it was already installed for me!
