A few weeks ago I got a car wash and the washer had a malfunction and my car still had a bunch of soap on it. They gave me a receipt to get another car wash when it was fixed to make up for it. Weeks go by and it's down for maintenance every time I try to redeem it. The receipt expires and that's fine. Today I go in to get another car wash, and the wash went well except for some reason the air dryer did not turn on. It turned on for the car in front of me but for some reason it didn't turn on and my car is clearly completely wet with no drying whatsoever. I tell the older guy that was working there that the dryer didn't turn on and he kept telling me it's not suppose to dry all the way and throws me a towel. I tell him it did not turn on at all and he kept saying you dry it yourself and kept on saying it's not suppose to dry all the way. SIR, the dryer did NOT TURN ON AT ALL! And he threw another towel at me basically telling to leave. I don't care what kind of establishment you work for but this is absolutely not acceptable customer service. Avoid this place at all cost!! For management this incident happened on August 20th, 3pm. The older guy that was working there is the one who gave this place a bad review!

Do NOT fill a NEW propane tank here! These guys have no clue that you need to purge a new tank…read moreBEFORE you fill it with propane, even though I told them! That is also clearly written in red on a sticker that is on every new propane tank, and the sleeve around it refers to the procedure required (in English and Spanish). That sleeve and sticker must then be removed by the (licensed) filler. Photo's attached. If this is not done then any propane appliance that is hooked up will not properly function. That could be a dangerous hazard and even ruin your new tank for later re-fills. THESE GUYS APPEAR NOT TO BE LICENSED AND THEIR OPERATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS! The problem is nearly everything is locked to the wall with those really annoying little red blocks on the ends of the pegs. So, you can't actually look at anything, you have to call someone just to do that. This is a huge pet peeve and just irritates customers. I guess the problem is retail theft. This is not the solution. Find some other way. Invest in the store instead of just milking it with $29.99 wrenches. I probably won't shop there anymore because of this.
