The office is clean and well managed, and the way they do things is accommodating in any way you could expect from a dentist's office and beyond. She did a deep cleaning and did a gum treatment on me. My gums were in bad shape and would bleed even when I brushed. I wanted to try this place out due to positive reviews on yelp and google, but from my experience, I felt that they are just another place that upsells you on unnecessary procedures. Before Dr. Janet started cleaning my teeth, she asked if i had any pain, and I replied, yes, a little bit in my gums. Then she told me that my teeth were inflamed and she recommend that I get my teeth irrigated, which would consist of her applying medication underneath my gum. She also recommends that I get it done every 3 months, but I could possibly get away with doing it every 6 months. The reception told me that it would cost $100, and I agreed. So, they brought out two syringes filled with two different color liquid. After getting my teeth clean and polished, Dr. Janet took the syringes and pretty much pushed the liquid out onto my gums. Then she placed a tissue in my mouth and told me to keep it there for a couple minutes to soak up the excess liquid and to not eat or drink for 10 minutes. Then I went to the front, and I was prescribed an oral rinse, that costed $25. I never heard of dental irrigation and decided to do some research on it. I came upon a video that showed how to do it and I realized that the syringe was suppose to have a long curvy tip on it so that she can apply the medication under my gums, between each individual teeth. Whereas, Dr. Janet took less than a minute to push "the medication" onto my gums. I also read from a couple different sites that there is NOT enough evidence to prove that irrigation helps with treating inflamed gums. So, not only did Dr. Janet recommend a procedure that has not been proven to be helpful, she did not even do the irrigation correctly and I paid for it!!! Replied to Dr. Janet: No, you did not use the indicted tip that I mentioned above. I was looking at the syringes, while I was waiting for you to come back from cleaning another patient's teeth. You also did not take the time to apply the medication under my gums, like you described to me. read more

Let me start off by saying both Dr. Reza and Dr. Janet are a power couple. They are the saying "teamwork makes the dream work" because everything they do is beautiful. Their prices are reasonable and very comparable. They have helped me remove cavities and an implant. The implant process was amazing and now I have a complete smile thanks to them.
