The owner, Tyler, arrived and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed and replaced the heater element within the quoted estimate. Total job was about an hour. I was nice to see that the owner also does repairs when they're busy. It shows dedication and understanding of their customer's needs. Also, no "AI" or bouncing around my phone call. Just great, dependable service. Thanks Tucson Hot Tubs!

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo! Pima Pool Plastering - Pool & Spa Plastering Resurfacing

Pima Pool Plastering

The start up process when the pool was refilled was step by step meticulously performed over the course of about a week. I am glad consultant Eric Leon convinced me (easily) to go with the Quartz finish over a standard plaster it was well worth it!

I recently had a very unpleasant with a subcontractor used by Pima Pool Plastering…read more The subcontractor went by the name of "Ruiz" and told me his company name was Hardscaping. There is no such company in Tucson. I engaged Ruiz to replace the tile in my spa and pool. Ruiz showed up two days later than promised and 6 hours later on the day they finally arrived. Every piece of equipment they tried to use was defective, broken and usually did not work. All the work was done by a crew of up to 6 and no one except Ruiz spoke English. All work had to be paid for in cash. The tile work and grouting around the spa was horrible, entirely unprofessional. I attempted to get Ruiz to come back and finish the job. He never returned to the job site. I should have checked him out but since they were working on a job across the street with trucks decorated with Pima Pool Plastering information, I thought Ruiz was a legitimate contractor. I was wrong and should have known better. I have hired a professional tile setter to come back and fix the problems created by Ruiz.

My first call was answered by an amazingly friendly "Sunny", she put me at ease, assured me Scott had built the pond 15 yrs prior and would help me get oriented and keep it working for me. Now 2 months later, the pond is my favorite feature of my home, scott just installed a new pump quickly and easily - and the pond is cleaner and quieter than ever! Experience matters, and scott is the best in tucson in my opinion. Thanks guys! Sunny youre awesome too

This isn't the kind of review I enjoy writing. In fact, it makes me very uncomfortable so I'm gonna…read moredo my best to just give you the fax as I know them and then let you figure it out, but I'm gonna tell you this much right off the bat, buyer beware! I had high hopes. This company had serviced the pond many years ago in the house we just bought. What I ended up getting was two very nice guys who used a pressure washer and a sunk pump to drain my pond and that's it. 75 bucks per hour per guy equaling $150 an hour! My bill was over $1000. And I got zero pond expertise or help. I could've purchased all the equipment, including the tubs, pump and washer for far less and done it myself. They couldn't even tell me what kind of fish I have in my pond. I was really disappointed. By late afternoon, I ended up going out and asking when they were going to get to the point of refilling my pond, only to be told that they were still pressure washing out the goop. I said this isn't a pool, this is a pond and I do expect some algae and what not. Only then did they start refilling my pond. And to add insult to injury, they said that we have a problem. We! They neglected to bring the de chlorinator!!! When I asked if that might harm my fish or my turtle when being re-introduced to the pond, the response was, "well I hope not"! I couldn't believe my ears. This was a mess from start to finish. Even the owner was over two hours late coming to my house to give me a quote on what they were gonna or not gonna do. I don't know why I needed a quote because they were gonna charge me $150 an hour, no matter what anyway! The workers came into my yard without even knocking on my door. And then they came back the next morning to put the fish and turtle back into the pond without even letting me know that they were there. They were gone before I even had a chance to go outside and ask questions. It was just a terrible experience. Apparently we, as customers, are also supposed to pay for lunch time as well, so just be aware of that. I don't understand an hourly rate or the lack of knowledge. I was looking for someone who could answer the questions about my pond. To say that I was disappointed in this company is a massive understatement. I feel like they stole $1000 from me. I will never in a million years ever use them again, nor will I recommend to anyone I know with aquatic needs to do so. I found ponds plants and more off of Ruth Ralph and they're amazing and charge per job which seems the logical thing to do unless you're just really trying to fleece people. They told me they installed ponds all the time and direct sunlight and if there's nothing I can do about the algae. Even though shade is the thing to mitigate algae. I asked about plants and other kinds of fish and I expected some of that to arrive with the workers, which did not. $150 per hour.... You'd think that would come with some semblance of expertise, but it did not. Once they did the job, the owner was not available for any of my questions much less any answers. I was very concerned about my turtle and my fish overnight because it was a cold night and I got no response. I'm not really even sure how this place is still open. I'll be honest, I sincerely suggest you look elsewhere if you have a pond and you need some help.
