Melanie is not only an incredibly skilled esthetician, but she's also part therapist, part comedian, and feels more like a trusted friend than someone I see for appointments. Every visit is something I look forward to. What I appreciate most is her honesty and integrity. She never tries to upsell services or products you don't need. Instead, she takes the time to understand your goals and gives realistic, honest feedback about what kind of results you can expect. In an industry where sales pressure can be common, that level of transparency is refreshing. Beyond that, she's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. My skin has benefited tremendously from her expertise, and I trust her completely. If you're looking for someone who is talented, honest, and makes every appointment enjoyable, Melanie is the best.

Bri, the assistant manager, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive atmosphere. You can tell she truly cares about both the clients and her team--everything felt organized, smooth, and thoughtfully handled. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. Chyna, my aesthetician, was equally amazing. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never felt better, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Both Bri and Chyna exemplify outstanding service and professionalism. I was also always left incredibly bruised afterward, which honestly made me not want to have any more work done. After many hours of research and reading reviews, I finally decided to give SkinSpirit a try, and finding Crystal has been a godsend! Now that I'm nearing 40, I am SO glad I finally found someone I trust with my face! I've seen Crystal several times now and have only had two tiny bruises, which has been incredible compared to my past experiences. Her expertise is obvious, and she has truly made me feel years younger with her work. Most importantly, my results always look natural, which is an absolute MUST for me. I want to look refreshed and like myself, not like I've had work done, and Crystal completely understands that. I've seen her for both filler and Botox and have been so happy with my results. On top of this, I have found the prices to be VERY reasonable and way less than what I have paid in the past. On the rare occasion there was an area I felt needed a little improvement, Crystal never hesitated to help make it right. She's a perfectionist like me, so I always feel like I'm in good hands! She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your results. Beyond being incredibly talented, Crystal is gorgeous inside and out. She truly cares about her clients, not just about their treatments, but about what's going on in their lives, and I always enjoy seeing her! I seriously can't recommend Crystal enough. I'll definitely be sending my husband her way and spreading the word to anyone who needs a little refresh. I'm so grateful I found her!

They canceled my appointment and it has now been 35 days without receiving my refund despite multiple attempts to resolve this. Poor customer service and unprofessional handling of cancellations. I cannot recommend this business to anyone when they don't honor their commitments. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere." I bought a laser hair removal package May 2025, that included 6 sessions. It was explained to me how important it was for me to keep my appointments on my hair growth cycle for my results to be the terminate my hair growth. My first appointment went great. It was 10/10. I was told by Dr. Sholar that Sydney was the laser hair removal specialist that I would be with throughout my treatment. At my second appointment, that was not true. I had a different person. It went a little differently but fine. I was treated cordially. Again after my 2nd treatment I scheduled me 3rd appointment on the date recommended by the new esthetician. On the day of my 3rd appointment I got stuck in traffic, like many of us do in Austin, so I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late. The person answering the phone said that they didn't have any laser appointments on the schedule on this day. I said are you sure? And she checked my file. She could see that my appointment had been canceled and told me that their laser person was out of the clinic for the remaining of the week. I asked that when she returned to please have her call so that I could schedule my next appt ASAP. She could also see that no one had reached out to me to reschedule my 3rd appt. Needless to say I was upset. I waited for call to get reschedule and never received one. They have AWFUL Customer Service once they get your money! I have NEVER had any contact from them after they got paid. No one has reached out to get me scheduled again for appointments that they said were so important for my results. They got their Money and Do Not care. They have not contacted me at all. So, I emailed Amy, the person the receptionist suggested. I have requested the money for the services I have not received back and was told it would take 7-10 business days on July 15, 2025. I followed up on July 24, 2025. The only response I received was that they had received it.

I spoke with Amy the director who never apologized or had any expectation for anything. She did agree to refund my money though since I paid for a service I did not receive.
