I had a great experience shopping here. An employee helped me to determine the scents I preferred and took me to the area of the store with the items I was interested in. I expected to be overwhelmed with scents, but it was actually very nice. I was surprised at how many candles, lotions, bath gel, and even laundry scent options they have. A friend had given me a coupon, so I was able to try products I wouldn't have normally. I'll be back as soon as I run out of the products I purchased. read more

Not to be confused with Bank & Bully, which is where you drop off your money and next thing you know, you're being pressured to give them more money (so basically every bank these days then). This is a standard Bath & Body located at the large Cedar Park Mall in the northwest suburbs of Austin. We probably went in half the stores in the Mall one afternoon when we walked around for 3 or 4 hours, and this was one of Bae's faves. It's a nice big mall, and a nice medium-sized store which is well-stocked and doesn't seem to get too crazy busy. Not cheap though, not by a long shot. Employees were fine, and while we didn't find any of the sale items we were looking for, they seemed well-stocked and carried most of the key items for the sale. Just not our ones (sob). Horrible service. My mom has a free item from rewards that expires tomorrow and since I didn't have her account in the app, they wouldn't take it. I had to use mine instead. Mine expires in a month. She sent me a screenshot and that wasn't acceptable. I asked the manager on duty and she was no help either. I am a retail manager myself and we scan barcodes from pictures on phones. I used my coupon and then canceled my rewards account and now trying to get rid of all of the B&BW products I have. Never coming back. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I've never felt more unwelcome in a Bath and Body Works. Walking in the front door, I wasn't greeted and looking for help here isn't something I would recommend. The associates at the front of the store were incredibly rude. I asked for help finding a product and upon being shown where it was I was given a judgmental, "Are you taking it?" with a raised eyebrow. She all but rolled her eyes at me, her tone was incredibly rude. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was blonde. The only associate that treated me and those with me with any courtesy was Marie. Marie was sweet, answered all of my questions and helped me find everything we needed up until checkout where she checked out my sister and wished us a good day. I would not recommend this Bath and Body Works to anyone, Marie is the only reason I'm not dropping this rating down to 1-Star. read more

Really like the remolded store. Lots and lots of candles to choose from. One of my favorite places to buy candles. The customer service is great too. Someone id always willing to help you find what your looking for. Love the selection of body sprays, hand and body creams. Also love there selection of hand soaps they all smell so good. They usually have great deals too. read more

Before I even completely entered the store yesterday, an associate asked if I could use help finding something. I noted the scent I was looking for and she took me straight off to where I could find what I was looking for. She then explained pricing, specials and shared her feelings on the scent I was looking for (Orange Ginger). She (wish I knew her name) was very friendly and helpful. After browsing for the bath items I needed and a few air fresheners I waited in line behind one person (all 3 registers open). The associate behind the counter was equally as friendly and helpful. I had 3 coupons to use/choose from that I had brought with me and she took the time (despite others in line) to help get the best deal with the best coupon. She then loaded me up with more coupons and information. A great and quick overall experience. read more

The staff was attentive and several of them offered assistance to us. There is a wide selection of scented products. Definitely try several different types before deciding. I usually find one I like and then find another I like even better. But that's not a bad spot to be in. It is in a good mall, so that is a plus also. read more

It's that's time of year again and the mall is crazy. Went into bath and body works and the cashier that checked me out... Forgot her name. Tried looking on my receipt said register 4 and cashier 1850776 if that helps. Very rude. Never smiled once while I was in her line or checking out. If you don't like your job then quit cause your only making me and the customers mad by your attitude. You don't help our shopping experience at the Lakeline Mall. On the brighter side. The apron clad scent minions were extra cheerful and exceptionally helpful. Almost annoyingly so. This review specifically references my experience with the manager, Bri. Short story: we had some coupons, nothing in the small print said anything about them not being used together ("Free item" coupon and a "%off total" coupon) and Bri was called in to answer our questions. She was condescending and rude. Her solution entailed my buying more to spend less. Instead of her simply honoring the coupon (roughly $3 off the purchase), I told her "nevermind" to a $40+ sale. What sense does that make? Attention corporate: simply sell a decent product at a steady, decent price and don't confuse your customers and employees with a discount program that requires multiple mailers and a 3 day seminar to understand. And invite Bri to a customer service refresher course. This interaction was a week ago and I'm still shocked at her attitude and absence of common sense.
