Not to be confused with Bank & Bully, which is where you drop off your money and next thing you know, you're being pressured to give them more money (so basically every bank these days then). This is a standard Bath & Body located at the large Cedar Park Mall in the northwest suburbs of Austin. We probably went in half the stores in the Mall one afternoon when we walked around for 3 or 4 hours, and this was one of Bae's faves. It's a nice big mall, and a nice medium-sized store which is well-stocked and doesn't seem to get too crazy busy. Not cheap though, not by a long shot. Employees were fine, and while we didn't find any of the sale items we were looking for, they seemed well-stocked and carried most of the key items for the sale. Just not our ones (sob). I guess Barbie has good and popular taste.

Really like the remolded store. Lots and lots of candles to choose from. One of my favorite places to buy candles. The customer service is great too. Someone id always willing to help you find what your looking for. Love the selection of body sprays, hand and body creams. Also love there selection of hand soaps they all smell so good. They usually have great deals too.

When we walked in we were asked if we needed help with anything, to which we said we were browsing. We were left alone the rest of the time there as we perused through the store and smelling the different scents that had available. When we went, they had a 50% off sale on large jar candles. Their candles are indeed overpriced at MSRP, but the sale they had was tempting. We ended up finding 4 different candle scents that we enjoyed and pulled the trigger. We paid about $73 for 4 candles. We also had a coupon that came in the mail that offered a free small candle if we signed up for their email newsletter, which I redeemed. I was given a brief overview of their rewards program, including a free candle I'll receive on my birthday! All in all, a friendly experience. If we ever need more candles in the future, we'll be on the lookout for their occasional sales for their $17 signature jars!

They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. As with Face Shop chains in California, they usually will not apply or touch your face. The cushion shade they recommend won't be as good of a match as Nordstrom. If you want to be pampered and have cushion applied to your face, go to the Korean cosmetics section at Nordstrom. I do like their concealers though. Although, Hallyu Cosmetics, on Airport Blvd, recommends trending towards color correctors instead of concealers. This location sells razors for men and women. Since they're new and flooded, no one offered my girlfriend or me any help while we were perusing. This is typical customer service of The Face Shop chains located in the Bay Area and the O.C. as well. At my second visit, a sales associate on her first day of work asked if we needed help! They now carry O Hui, Su:m 37, and The History of Whoo. They will apply on your face if you ask. For a high end line like The History of Whoo, their return policy isn't very good compared to Nordstrom. I purchased The History of Whoo essential cleansing oil. Despite the title, the essential cleansing oil contains no essential oils whatsoever. The only oil it contains is macadamia ternifolia oil, which I would consider to be more of a carrier oil. The fragrance (parfum) in the cleansing oil likely contains phthalates and is a bit overwhelming. Overall, I didn't feel it performed as well as Marie Veronique non EO cleansing oil.

If you buy a gift just know that they have a strict return policy. Of course only unopened products can be returned and if you pay with card they only allow even exchange or return on the credit card you paid with. And they don't do gift receipts.
